Monthly Rentals in Punta Mita

A great value to stay in Punt Mita. A short walk to the beach. The upstairs pool was small but nice. Definitely a bit of road noise throughout the night. We used a white noise machine and slept pretty well. No frills but nice place. We have two kids and I would probably stay in a different place next time, but for those on a budget it is an excellent option!

I have absolutely loved my stay in Tina's appartement! It was very clean, good air circulation, comfy sheets & very soft topper, not moldy at all (which isn't always the case in Mexico)!!! The appartement is very stylish, nicely furnished and decorated, everything well thought through! Super easy check in, the 24/7 security guys know about your arrival - everyone was super nice. Tina always responded very quickly to any questions I had. If in the same area, would definitely come back again!!!

Lovely unit with very great communication from host’s property managers, daily housekeeping and access to all the best of Punta Mita.

Giovanni’s condo was the perfect fit for what we were looking for. Wonderful area, clean and easy to get to spot, golf cart to get you around Punta Mita and incredible help and accommodation by Diego! Hope to come back soon.
