Beachfront holiday rental in Punta Las Marias

We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Just got back from an amazing stay at Demi & Andrei’s! The home was spotless, and the view was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend! We had so much to do in the area and barely scratched the surface.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

Great location, within walking distance of a lot of great local shops like Anita gelato and the San Sebastián road. The house is also cosy and is equipped with a lot of necessities. Maybe it’s just something I care about but the washer / dryer was a life saver

This AirBnB was perfect. First, the location is amazing! It's steps from the beach in a gated community (we felt very safe) and the beach is just wonderful. Lots to do within the neighborhood and it's all very walkable. The studio is very comfortable for two people and includes linens, beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and full kitchen - all the necessities for your stay! Very easy and straightforward check-in/check-out. Naomi was also a wonderful host! She let us know that the place was cleaned and ready early so we could check in ahead of our scheduled time! She was also very responsive and was checking in on us throughout our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We 100% recommend this AirBnb! Also, if you love cats there are a few kitties that hang around the house and neighborhood :)

The location of this place is great. A beautiful beach is steps away from the home and there are restaurants and a supermarket close. It was easy to take Ubers to tourist locations in San Juan. The community felt safe as well. We enjoyed our trip and definitely recommend to stay here.

Always clean and ready for guests

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

This was the perfect Airbnb for my 4 day vacation to Punta Cana! The condo was located in the most perfect area; it was quiet, clean, and right in the middle of town so everything was walking distance. Katrina was very informative so I had zero questions throughout my whole stay! I'd definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

My stay at this Airbnb was a solid 10/10. From the moment I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. The check in process was smooth with no issues. The apartment was super clean comfortable and very well styled. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need to chef it up. The living room was cozy with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the weather. The bedroom was favorite by far the bed literally felt like you were sleeping on a cloud I need the name of the mattress topper it’s a must have. The bathroom was super clean great pressure with hot and cold water and came with many extra toiletries that one might forget when traveling. The location was great just a block away from the beach many local restaurants a food mart cvs even a Burger King lol. The building was very quiet safe and secure with security on the premises. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you for a great experience.

Great place to stay for your trip in PR. Close to all the great spots and Pat left great recommendations to try as well. She was very responsive, the space was clean and views were amazing!

Book it. If you think you need to see more options, you dont! This is THE PLACE TO STAY. What an increible few days we had. Harry’s home is exactly like the photos, and absolutely everything you need is available. There is water available to you in the fridge upon arrival, but if you need any more supplies the supermarket is just a short walk away. Nothing beats waking up to that view and being right on the beach. The balcony, the chairs, the hammock, the bed, the tv, the Breville coffee machine, the bathroom, THE SHAMPOO BODY WASH AND CONDITIONER 10/10!!! We’ll be talking about this place for a while. I will definitely be back to this apartment in Isla Verde. Thank you again for a magnificent stay!!!

Highly recommend staying here, Gabriel was a great host and replied quickly with any questions and even gave us recommendations on where to eat. Location was absolutely perfect as our backyard was literally Isla Verde. Will definitely come again hopefully

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was not only super clean but also adorably cute with all the little details that made it feel like home. It was super kid-friendly, which was a total win for our little family. The location? Perfect! Close to everything we wanted to see/do, yet still quiet and peaceful. If you're looking for a cozy, convenient spot that’s perfect for families, this place is a total gem! Also, Adrienne kept us updated throughout the power outage, and thanks to the property's generator, I didn’t even noticed it happened.

The home was beautifully decorated & clean & is located in the center of everything. Nothing was too far & alot of great walkable restaurants near by. Also had parking right in front! Colton was a great host. Super responsive & provided us with recommendations. Colton was able to accommodate and provide whatever else was needed when asked for! Thank you so much! This is an absolutely unique place to stay; very comfy and very well-equipped. You are close to a lot of good cafes and restaurants and driving a car, you are super close to all of San Juan. Jose was extremely responsive and sent over a lot of recommendations and helpful information beforehand. I absolutely loved staying in the bus and would go back anytime!

The beach essentials provided—towels, chairs, and even a cooler—were a huge plus, as the beach is just a short walk away. My boyfriend and I spent 4 days here & had a wonderful time ! The instructions for check in, access and check out that Yolanda provided were very detailed and clear. I loved having the window cracked and hearing the ocean waves from the airbnb. I also felt safe walking 5 mins down the street to the market. They also provided some bare necessities in the kitchen which was nice for when we cooked a small meal. The location was great for everything we did and the spot on the beach located behind the bnb was perfect. The parking is tight but this is noted in advance! The building felt very safe and we’d love to be back in the future As soon as I messaged Yolanda she responded VERY fast! The area is also extremely popular for Ubers so i’d recommend being downstairs and on the sidewalk when ordering, as drivers were up front within 20 seconds

What more can we say… but look no further and stay here. Its a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath apt, overlooking the beach. Clean, well kept, in a private very secure apt bldg, easy to get to in 5 mins from the airport. The hosts sent us very clear instructions how to access a lockbox. Parking spot avail. The secure facilities needed keys to open the common ent inc gates/door/elevator/beach access/apt. The apt was well lit with a balcony and this mesmerizing full view of the ocean from the balcony and BR windows. The apt was well stocked with everything and more, even down to a fresh bar of soap. Its these little things that matter, use of beach gear included dive masks, noodle, beach chair, towels etc. Kitchn -utensils, coffee, creamer, sugar. The bath stocked with sunscreen, insect repellant and more. walk dwn to beach, restaurants, old san juan was a 20 min drive away. This area of Isla verde/Carolina beach is excellent. Thank you so much for an excellent stay. We will be back.
