Beautiful place in Cancun bay.

The place was really good for big family right by the beach we had a really good time..Raul was always responding my questions and concerns and he was very friendly!

The location is amazing, right in front of the beach, the pool, the rooms, the hotel amenities. the restaurant just a few steps away. it was a great place. waking up in the morning with that amazing view of the sea was incredible. ty Joseph for being flexible and friendly. Your place was one of the highlights of our trip.

Very nice pool area and a do-able walk to the busiest parts of Cancun hotel zone (beaches/restaurant/clubs). The villa is nice but don’t expect super luxury. Host is great. Overall great Airbnb for a nice budget villa in Cancun.

Village Amanecer was the perfect location for us! The host was very responsive and trustworthy. The downstairs got pretty warm without air-conditioning, but after a couple days, we asked the maintenance man for a fan which did help. The air conditioning in the rooms was nice for sleeping. The community pool was nice and refreshing which my children enjoyed. We always felt safe in the area. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was very responsive. Grounds are nice, and the pool is amazing. We had a nice view from PH2. Minutes away from a quiet beach and 2 great restaurants, Mayakita and De Nuccio’s. Would stay again.

Loved staying at casa elegante. Jan Carlos the concierge was very attentive and helpful. The house is beautiful and in a great quiet location. Great for a family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay very much, particularly the ocean view and the accessibility to the ferry, restaurants and shops.

Fam triana house was AMAZING..... Amazingly awesome. I celebrated my 24th birthday at her house . Her husband cooked for me and my friends , his food was great ! Also she helped me get a mirachi band to sing which made my day even more special . Me and my friends ended up getting locked out the house and she got to us in 5 minutes which was super convenient. She always got me a little Mexican present and a beautiful cake . My favorite thing about my stay here was that she has coconut trees in the backyard and she had someone personally get them off the tree for us . I will be definitely saying here again !!!!

¡Wow! Es muy difícil explicar algo cuando todo estuvo tan, tan increíble. Sin duda alguna, de todos los Airbnb’s en los que nos hemos quedado, este se convierte en el #1. ¿Por dónde empezar? Bien, creo que la atención y las dudas despejadas por parte de Marco antes de reservar esta casa, fue punto clave para la decisión del mismo. Todo tan transparente y tan claro, que no dudamos en reservar. La casa es una belleza, cómoda y bien ubicada. Si bien no está en el mero centro, tampoco está del otro lado de la Isla; pudiera decir que está en punto medio y eso nos agradó, ya que pudimos conocer un poco más de la Isla y sus alrededores. ¿Algun comentario a mejorar? Un baño extra, please. Para 6 personas, el tener solo un baño fue complicado y tardío, ya que desde la primera persona que se bañó, hasta la última, transcurrió una hora y minutos, mismos que pudieron aprovecharse si hubiera habido un baño extra. ¡No duden en reservar! Valdrá la pena cada peso invertido.

Danas house was absolutely perfect. There were a few hiccups such as the hot water didn't work upon arrival. However, she was able to have maintenance fix the hot water right away and accommodated us for the inconvenience. There is a security guard which makes you feel safe. We were suppose to wear wrist bands the entire time so the guard knows we belong there. Unfortunately, some of our bands broke during an excursion so he thought we didn't belong. We apologized and explained what happened. We were able to retie the bands onto our wrists. The beach is a perfect walking distance. There are several restaurants withing walking distance as well. The rooms were perfect as each room came with its own bathroom. Dana provided filtered drinking water. The house was hot upon arrival from the A/C being turned off. However, the home was cooled off by the evening. The pillows are comfortable. Dana is extremely responsive and a great host. I highly recommend staying here.

We had an incredible stay! What makes the villa so great is that its private and peaceful. You have all the benefits of being in the hotel zone (on the south end), but without a sea of people. The pool was not crowded. The beach was right there. The views were incredible. It was inexpensive and efficient to take Ubers wherever you want to go. Navios is by far the best restaurant in the area and its a very short walk from the villa. Highly, highly recommend. This was one of the best airbnb’s I’ve stayed in with my family of 5.

This was an amazing stay, very beautiful and spacious. (The photos does it no justice). The host were super helpful and made sure me and my guest were okay throughout the stay.. if I ever find myself back in Cancun I will be staying there again

Juan Carlos es un excelente anfitrión muy al pendiente de lo que sus huéspedes puedan requerir. Nos quedamos con mi familia en una de las habitaciones para 8 personas de la Azcapri Villa de Juan Carlos y tuvimos una gran estadia. La habitación es muy cómoda y esta muy bien distribuida, cuenta con cocina donde se pueden preparar alimentos. Muy buen Wifi. La Villa esta pensada como un lugar para relajarse, y todo ahi te invita a ello; desde la musica ambiental, hasta el Spa, tiene un cenote privado! Recomendamos 100% alojarse en Azcapri Villa si lo que buscas es un lugar para relajarte y conectar otra vez contigo mismo, nosotros en un próximo viaje a Cancun planeamos volver a hospedarnos aqui.

Brian super amable y tal como está en las fotos, es más hasta un tlacuache nos encontramos vagando x el patio de la casa. súper contentos con su atención. no duden en llegar con su familia

Es una casa muy linda, cada habitación con aire acondicionado, baño y televisor propios. Es muy disfrutable, con distintos espacios; la terraza es espectacular. La alberca limpia e impecable de extraordinario tamaño. La persona que hace la limpieza gentil y muy trabajadora. Paty se comunicó con nosotros desde que reservamos, nos ofreció múltiples servicios, estaba pendiente de nuestra llegada y cada momento de nuestra estancia. Sin duda me volvería a quedar en Casa San Blas en mi próximo viaje a Cancún.

We just touched down to a -20 degree Celsius home temperature and we’re missing the Villa already! The weather was perfect, the pool at the villa was refreshing and maintained during our stay. The ac wasn’t working in the bedroom and even before we could mention it, a maintenance crew came in to fix it proactively. Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful. She booked us a golf cart at a cheaper rate then renting in town, had it delivered and pick up from the villa which reduced all hassles. She also brought over a charcoal bbq so we could make burgers and fish. Amazing vacation and we had the whole place to ourselves (there are two units , one up and one down) but the downstairs wasn’t occupied during our stay so we had a very private pool and courtyard. Oh, also huge thanks to our cleaning lady - I didn’t know cleaning was included so was a nice surprise every second day. Highly recommend! Thank you Silvia! Contrary to the last review, the condo did not feel dirty or dusty. The window tints are darker, but this is likely to prevent the sun facing condo from becoming hot during the day. Also, the owner has added a new ceiling tile, which is why it looks a bit different from the pictures. Otherwise, the condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our group of 5 people. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishware, and cutlery. The check-in process went smoothly, and the owner was very responsive to a couple questions we had during our stay. If you’ve done your research about the area, you should be fine. Remember, this condo complex was built in the mid 1980s and shows its age, so you can’t expect 5-star luxury amenities. The pool areas were great, and the condo complex staff were friendly. You’re literally right on the beach, and there are also several restaurants, shops, and a grocery store adjacent to the complex.

The location is amazing! Steps to the beach and pool. Beautiful views and peaceful setting. Karina was very helpful and responsive. The staff on site were courteous and friendly. The condo is nice and the rooms were large with working AC unit in each one. All the bedrooms are on the second and third floor. There is a large refrigerator and freezer and there were plenty of towels. We really enjoyed our stay.
