Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Punta Cana

Phil is a super host, always responsive via text or phone. The villa is situated in a gate development with 24hr security. The villa has an electronic key pad entry system (key less entry). The villa is beautifully furnished with designer furniture. It has 3 bedrooms each having en-suite bathrooms with showers, 60inch smart T.V and locks on all doors. The ground floor has an open plan lounge, dinning area, kitchen, toilet and washing machine in cupboard. All areas have air conditioning. All windows are double glazed with outside mesh to stop bugs entering when open. The garden has seating that is shaded from the sun and a hot tube (not heated, but perfectly fine when in). The villa is 5mins - 20mins to all the hot spots you need to go to, which was great.

The place is excellent, quiet, clean and tidy. Tomás and Ricardo were always available and accessible for those we need. Definitely a great experience I hope to be back soon

House is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Host was great and extremely responsive. Important to note that house is in marina area which is tranquil and quiet. A bit of a distance to restaurants as not a lot happening in marina area. Beach club restaurant and pizza were nice. Would definitely rent again if looking for a peaceful and quiet vacation. No grocery within Cap Cana but host made it extremely easy to have groceries delivered prior to arrival. Overall a fun stay and a beautiful home.

Awesome place, perfect for what we needed. Close to village, marina, airport. AC was always pumping cold and when we did lose hot water, Francisco was on it right away and it was fixed. Awesome place and host!

Nice place to stay at host very responsive

Thank you. We arrived a little early because we didn't know the area and we were able to access smoothly. Liz was close at all times, answering questions and facilitator. The place was in line with expectations: comfortable, clean, and with recreational space.

I had an amazing experience staying at this property! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Kath and Arlene were very responsive and made check-in super easy. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the area was quiet and safe, with lots of great spots nearby. I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great location few steps away from the beach

Everything was amazing. The place is just as in the photos, super clean and comfortable. Steps from the beach, ideal for relaxing. The host was very attentive and everything was very easy. We would definitely be back.
