Excellent and cozy place!!!! I love it, everything is very organized and clean. The host was always attentive to every call and responded very kindly. The apartment is super large and in excellent condition. A super complete kitchen with everything you need. The place makes you feel at home, very quiet atmosphere. I recommend it 100%.

The apartment feels fresh and clean, nicely decorated. It's on the second floor, which I really liked – it gives you a more private feel. The back windows overlook a lake – the view is really beautiful, especially in the evening. The residence is amazing! Nature lovers will really appreciate it. It has a solid security and is close to all the nearby cafés and restaurants. There’s a couple of padel courts, workout area, and, I think, some yoga classes. A small football field, golf club, pizzeria, and a restaurant – all inside the residence. So yeah, there’s definitely stuff to do. The whole residence is big, green, and actually pretty cool to just walk around. I highly recommend going for a walk around 7 AM – the bird songs are magical at that hour. Highly recommend both the location and the apartment itself. I’ll definitely come back here again. Special thanks to Nila and Nadia! Everything was great!

What a wonderful and relaxing experience, free of worries. From the moment I made the reservation, the hostess, Perla, ensured our experience would be unforgettable. She recommended the best and most delicious restaurants and the most beautiful places and parks for our teenage kids. She exceeded my expectations! Perla was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. She was always available for our needs. Our villa came with a top chef (Justo), a maid (Santa), and a housekeeper who made our stay beyond comfortable and made us feel pampered. I can’t wait to visit and rent any of her villas again! Rajesh was incredibly helpful and responsive. He went above and beyond- I asked beforehand about bugs, and he went out to get us mozzy stuff which was a huge help with our small children. The house was lovely and the compound beautiful. We had a fantastic holiday, thank you so much. The club house is well worth a visit- it has a huge pool which is very quiet and has a bar with very reasonable drinks. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs which are fantastic, especially the master, and there is another bedroom downstairs which would work for a teenager or single person but would be a bit tight for a couple and is too far from the other rooms for a small child. Would definitely recommend!

The villa is just like the photos, very nice and clean, good location, and the host was attentive the whole time, we would definitely stay again.

To get to El Cocotal you have to drive through Downtown which is loud and busy and it scared me that we were going to be surrounded by it but, once you get to El Cocotal, it is a different world! It's super secured, it is clean and beautiful. The home has a very "homie" feeling, it's big and fresh. We only had issues with the hot water but Edward was always communicating with me. Will definitely stay again!

Julio's place in Punta Cana was in a great location - 5 minutes walk to the beach, a few minutes walk to some good restaurants, shops, etc. It's a single family home in an area of apartments, hotels, and resorts so having the space so close to everything was amazing. Lots of space in the place for our family of 7 adults and 4 young children. It's on 2 levels - two bedrooms + kitchen on the lower and the same on the 2nd floor. Then there is a 3rd floor rooftop as well which was great to hang out and chat, read, or eat. The pool was great too as we used it a few times to hang out instead of going to the beach. Julio was very communicative and responsive when we had an issue and he worked to resolve it quickly.

Amazing location and great response on Assistance and attractions in the local area. Hands-down, a phenomenal host.

We spent our family vacation at Christian's Flamingo Villa in Punta Cana. I was a little hesitant about there being staff that would be at the house the entire time we were there. The staff being Maria the chef and Jeanne the housekeeper. Let me tell you... they were fabulous! We literally ate 3 cooked meals per day. As soon as anyone came down for breakfast, Maria or Jeanne had coffee for you within 2 minutes! Maria has a list of meals that she likes to prepare. But our family are finicky eaters so we went to the grocery store and bought the food we wanted and Maria cooked the meals that we suggested without any reservation. She was so great. We would go to the beach in the mornings after breakfast and when we returned the house was tidy and the beds made! We really didnt have to lift a finger to do anything but relax and enjoy our time away. We rented the 6 person golf cart to go the beach everyday. That's worth the extra cost. Todd was a very good host. Very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I felt right at home

The villa is very spacious and comfortable. The private pool in the afternoons after a day of activities was like going into a spa. The area is very private and peaceful. Close to the marina and Api beach (best in Cap Cana). The Fishing Lodge has a lot of very good restaurants and renting the ATV or golf cart gets you closer to every spot. Obed and Mary where always attentive to our needs. We will stay again when we come back to Cap Cana.

I want to thank the host (Ruth) for being so attentive to all my calls and text from beginning to end amazing. The house was very well sorted out to accommodate our large party with ease. Also the chef recommendation was phenomenal, my family and I had an amazing stay at this villa.

This place was amazing and looked exactly like the pictures online! The host was responsive and always checked in on us! The location was close to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area.

House is nicer than the pictures. Felt comfortable and safe and great neighborhood. So easy to get around with the golf cart rental. The host was so responsive. I would stay here again for sure. I was debating between here and Eden ROC hotel and I’m glad I stayed here much more comfortable than a hotel room.

Everything was very nice. The place was beautiful and the beach was right behind us. The only issue was the towels, it took a while to get new towels. They also charged $20 because they said a towel was dirty. Not sure they actually pay that much for 1 towel. Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves.

We had a lovely time at Angelica’s place. We were a group of 10, and there was loads of space. It even looks better in person, which is always a positive thing! The neighbourhood was also safe, which was reassuring as newcomers to DR. Lastly, we greatly appreciated her responsiveness, as tourists who did not know much about where we were - it can be the difference between life or death. I highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was as described and located right on the beach which we had a great view of. Perfect spot to vacation; not far from activities/excursions or restaurants. The property was very clean and monitored daily by security which was a plus. Overall would recommend staying here.

Excellent stay, the accommodation is very well equipped and nice, good communication with the host, everything is wonderful. We really enjoyed it, I recommend it and I would come back.
