Holiday rentals with beach access in Punta Arenas

What a wonderful host! Mauricio was helpful from the very start. The location is perfect and we were amazed by how big it is! The kitchen was fully stocked and that was very helpful for us. The upstairs fireplace was the real star of the show for us. We cozied up and watched movies for the holiday. I don’t have a single complaint and we’re very grateful for Mauricio and his welcoming presence.

La casa muy linda y espaciosa. Todo para cocinar. Es calida y esta cerca de la costanera. A tener en cuenta de los horarios de cierre en la noche para algunas comprras de ultimo momento

Excellent location. Walking distance to the downtown and directly across from the Magellan Strait. A great place to make your home base for exploring the area. Beds were comfortable.

After several days of trekking through the Patagonia region, we spent our last night at Pepo’s house overlooking the Strait of Magellan. Pepo was waiting for us when we arrived and kindly showed us around. The house was exactly as described, with an incredible view. What truly stood out were all the thoughtful touches—Pepo stocked the mini fridge with breakfast items and snacks, which was amazing and something I’ve rarely seen other hosts do. Pepo’s home is highly recommended, and I’d love to return to Punta Arenas again. Hands down, Pepo has been the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had.

Muy bien ubicado para quien quiere ir a la playa y no quedar lejos de la zona de abastecimiento. Buena distribución de camas y espacios. Agua caliente en la ducha y se agradece q funcione tan bien.

The cottage was perfect and lived up to its pictures and descriptions. Claudia and her husband were perfect hosts. They greeted us and oriented us to the cabin and let us know if we had any questions or needed anything to not hesitate to reach out. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy cottage/cabin in a serine setting only minutes outside the city.

excelentes casas. muy buena disposición y ayuda. viajamos 9 personas usando las 2 casas y el trato fue de maravillas. muy recomendado
