Beautiful place. Would come back. The house is new. I recommend changing the lock system at the front door. And update the location of the place since from the app it sends you somewhere else.

Lovely stay! Very cozy! It was the perfect spot to rest after a lot of hiking! I would absolutely stay again!

The kitchen is well equipped. Comfortable beds. Location very close to the mall and free trade zone. Opposite the supermarket and service station.

Excellent accommodation, fully recommended, everything was very clean and tidy, with all amenities, the hostess was excellent.

I felt at home! A very large and equipped house. It even has a yard. The location is excellent, just a few blocks to the center but very familiar location. The house is a little old but everything works perfectly. Excellent cost-benefit, as it has 3 bedrooms! The kitchen has new utensils and I was able to cook a lot! It also has a large refrigerator, unlike the other Airbnbs I frequented in the region, only with a minibar. I'm working in the region and I intend to return on my next leave, for sure!

The cabin is in a beautiful place, it is literally a house on the prairie with a beautiful view of the Strait of Magellan Super heated, great, I love the cottage, very vintage house surrounded by Coihues less than 10 minutes from downtown Punta Arenas by car, ideal to rest and relax, see beautiful sunsets, 100% recommended !!! I would happily come back ♥️🥰🫶

excellent accommodation, well located, very cozy, everything as indicated in the application, the host was always available and with an impressive kindness, everything was very clean and with everything you need to have a good stay, the only recommendation I would leave is that in bed it sounds a lot when moving and it seems as if it were going to fall since it has wooden boards supports, in itself the bed is very good. Excellent experience!!🙌🏼

We loved our stay in Nicolas’ cabin. We are a family of five and appreciated the space and peacefulness of the property. It’s a super quirky and fun place to stay and we highly recommend it if you want a place out of the city. We walked to a great little mini market just down the road so, after one big supermarket shop, we didn’t even need to go into the city for the ten days we were there.

Jaime's apartment is nicer than the pictures. We had an inconvenience to confirm the reservation as we traveled from Argentina and could not communicate earlier due to our inconveniences, Jaime gave us a quick response and had everything ready and impeccable quickly. We were welcomed by their parents, they were more than friendly and both Jaime and they were attentive to our needs. The house is spacious, comfortable and complete, well located, a short distance from the mall and free area if you are by car, it also has space for its storage. We stayed for almost four days with the family of 4. Thank you Jaime and family! We will definitely be back.

Carla is very sympathic. He welcomed us with a lot of flexibility, even giving us a place to rest while the cabin was getting ready. The cabin is very nice with beautiful views of the strait. About a 10/15 minute walk to downtown. Totally recommended, we will be back with pleasure!! Thank you for everything!

Very nice space, cute decor and colorful, quiet , comfortable beds, easy to get to and perfect heating. Jaime is a very good host, attentive to my questions and pending anything . Also a very cute patio. I highly recommend it
