By car, it takes about 20 minutes to downtown, within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) through the greenery to the S-Bahn and regional train (approx. 25 minutes to Marienplatz or central station in approx. 15 minutes). Forest, road bike track for sports enthusiasts right around the corner

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The premises are on two levels and are open plan. A private garden with terrace awaits you in summer surrounded by old trees. This cottage is ideal for couples or families with one child. Welcome to my cozy and quiet 1.5-room apartment. The sunny balcony invites you to relax. From the apartment there is a good connection to Marienplatz in 15 minutes (S-Bahn) and in approx. 15 minutes to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) by tram 19. Parking is free outside the door. Within walking distance is a shopping mall, the Westpark, for a walk, bakeries, supermarkets, drugstores and small restaurants.

By S-Bahn train (10-minute walk), you are in the center in about 30 minutes. The hallway area is shared with the landlord. Price is for one person (+ €20 for second person/night)

Small but modern apartment in an absolutely prime location. Located between Isar and Gärtnerplatz, the apartment is great for a short city trip. Countless restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is about 10 m², very quiet in the second backyard and has its own entrance.
