overall the place is great as described. Easy access to travel via grab to hot spot locations e.g day tour pick up and island hopping. easy access to foods and cafe.

Nice area unless you want to be in the city centre closer to all the buzz and activities. I preferred a more quiet location and this apartment was good. Check in was very easy, private and quiet place, apartment was clean and good space for me, a solo traveller.

We spent a wonderful time at Kenny's place. Kenny and his son helped us in every question. We liked the location, you are next to the forest, windows literally look down to jungle trees, still you are in a nice, clean and specious apartment. Also filtered water is included, and the apartment is well equipped. Grab transfer can be ordered any time so transportation is no issue. Highly recommended!
