Cozy Lakefront Cottage Getaway with Relaxing View

Fishing Creek Cottage overlooks Fishing Creek, a popular recreational area on Lake Cumberland and a major arm of the lake. Pulaski County Park and its beach and boat ramp can be seen across the lake. Boaters frequent the area to ski & tube, but are distant enough that noise isn't an issue. We are the last house at the end of a quiet street in a residential neighborhood, & so have relative privacy. The large deck and impressive view are frequently referenced in our guests' reviews.

Charming & Secluded Farm House

Get away from it all but be surprisingly close to town in this newly renovated farm house located at the entrance of our 104 acre apple orchard. Surrounded by woods on a county maintained gravel road the Hill House features two bedrooms with queen size beds and a futon couch as well. We have wifi and a new 65” smart tv. Outdoor entertaining is a priority and we have a screened in porch, an adjacent fire pit, a large open carport with a grill and a nearby screened in “club house”.

This little cottage is in the woods and very private and just minutes away for Lake Cumberland. You are about 5 minutes away from Conley Bottom and there are also two closer docks that is a couple minutes away. You can take nature walks and see deer and other little animals or sit out by the campfire roasting marshmallows. We have a small drive that can fit two vehicles in and a driveway on the side that is big enough and long enough to park your boat in.

Quiet peaceful place. Off the beaten path. Back up to Daniel Boone national forest. Plenty of wildlife. Located in between lake Cumberland and laurel lake. Animals running around all the time. From deer, squirrels, rabbits and dogs. Even an occasional bear sighting. Hardly any traffic due to my place being the only one on road. Children can run around with minimal supervision. Just a quiet place off the beaten path.
