Come feel the magic of our renovated country guest house. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a full kitchen, dining & living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a twin XL bunk bed and a separate twin XL bed. The master bath has a luxurious walk-in curbless shower & double vanity. The house is down a private drive after going through a security gate. Guests have use of our private in-ground pool (pools open) BBQ, fire pit, 40 acres, and 2 fishing ponds.

Bleckley County also has access to the Ocmulgee River. Conveniently located 6 miles from Cochran and 25 minutes from Dublin or Warner Robins.

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil riverfront home on stilts on the Ocmulgee River on 5 acres that sits at the end of a cul-de-sac. The fishing is amazing right off your own dock or take your kayak down the river and enjoy the great outdoors. Great views from two separate coverd porches overlooking the river. This property may not be suitable for guests with children who are non swimmers as there is an open pool on the property. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.

This three bedroom home is a peaceful, simple, basic, and comfortable place to stay. Nothing fancy. Light and airy with an open floor plan. The master bedroom is separate from the other two for plenty of privacy. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. There are two large couches in the living room. There is no Wifi or Cable or TV. Cellular data coverage is great.
