Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil riverfront home on stilts on the Ocmulgee River on 5 acres that sits at the end of a cul-de-sac. The fishing is amazing right off your own dock or take your kayak down the river and enjoy the great outdoors. Great views from two separate coverd porches overlooking the river. Open floorplan featuring a large centered eat-in island. Two full bedrooms and a huge loft area updatirs as the third bedroom area with 4 beds.
