This location was reasonably priced and Mariana kept in communication to make sure check-in was easy. The location was close to the highway which made travel around the city easy. Would definitely book this location again.

Shawn was very responsive and kind. The place was perfect for us. My 4 year old (and I) especially loved the chickens who visited us! Our dog was thankful for the treats!!! this place was top tier to break up our long road trip :)

Great communication with host, Robby even checked in with me after we arrived to make sure everything was good. We will 100% be staying at this location again. Great get away for the wife and I with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Our stay was great. Especially for booking same day. The place was clean. The apartment was older but it was quaint. The only thing that worried my husband and I a little was after everyone went to bed, he did his late night check and when he went outside and walked to the front, someone was parked in front with their truck running but lights off and they left when they saw my husband. We dont know what that was about. But other than that we had a pleasant short stay and it was very homey💗

This home is so comfortable and inviting, dripping with charm. It is beautifully decorated and full of cozy spots to chat, read, or enjoy a meal. The garden is also a treat and includes several great seating areas. Ellis is so responsive and kind, I look forward to visiting again soon!I’

This is a great house to rent for family or a group of friends. There were 3 bedrooms with different sized beds in each. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom; the other bathroom is in the hallway for the two other bedroom guests to use. The master bedroom had cute swan towels, and the bathroom towels and toilet paper also had cute decor. Bedroom closets had robes and slippers. There was a welcome basket of snacks with waters in the fridge, and the house rules were in a folder on the dining room table. The outdoor pool was cold, but that was expected with the weather. There were pool floats, noodles, and a beach ball. The pool table and couches are located downstairs. You cannot use the outdoor or indoor fireplaces, and the arcade game is out of order. The location was perfect right behind Trader Joes and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Camille’s place was perfect for us! We stayed here for a wedding. It is spacious and clean. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet at night. Perfect to get out for a walk too.

Great little older home in a nice quiet established neighborhood. House was just as described. We were only there for one night but enjoyed our evening there. Great selection of restaurants in the area. Aa started, it is an older home, so not everything is brand new, which I think just gives it a little character. Overall, a great stay, in a nice safe area, at a great value. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area.

The house at Park Hill is welcoming, comfortable, and precisely what the photos show. The host is responsive and gave clear and thorough instructions. We love this place, will be back again and again. We understand why it's booked so often. If you are considering booking, do NOT wait until the last minute, bookings are typically back to back without much vacancy. Rightfully so! Enjoy!

We came in for a camp meeting in north little rock and this house was GREAT! A little hard to maneuver in the driveway, especially with a u-haul, and if you're not used to it, but we figured it out and that wasn't a problem. The house itself was clean, it stayed cool, and fit our every need. one thing I will bring out is that the beds are sooooooooo comfortable! we all were complimenting on how comfortable the beds were. we mainly were there to sleep and get ready for church, didn't have time to do anything else, but it was very nice to come to a very nice place and comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms!! Plenty of room for 6 of us! I 💯 recommend staying here!

an absolute hidden gem of a place. Great location making walking into the downtown parts of Little Rock easy to navigate. My partner and I rented this place for the eclipse and I had the one of the best birthdays being in soma. couldn't recommend it more.

We stayed here to visit family who lived just a short walk away, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen setup was optimal, and the pantry was fully stocked, which made it easy to settle in and cook. TV and other amenities were ready to use, no setup needed. We especially appreciated the welcome box of snacks, beverages, and toiletry supplies—everything was thoughtfully stocked. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. We’d gladly stay again.
