The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wood sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen furnishings like a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water, and coffee maker. There's also a washer. Sunlight comes to the cabin throughout the day.

Welcome to a neat, well-maintained studio! You'll have the entire apartment (37 m²) to yourself. Free parking with a heating pole in the yard, which is rare for a car in this area. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Alapihan Arboretumin vierasmaja ja sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Long deck by the water, summer kitchen, balcony on top of water, rowing boat, wood-fired sauna - all this is waiting for you in Ukonniemi. Boat house is excellent for remote work too as it is equipped so that all you need to bring along is your laptop. We are located on a northern Ukonniemi vineyard. You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay!

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Cottage/Secondary residence in Rääkkylä

We rent a cottage in Rääkkylä on the shore of Orivesi (Samppaanselkä) about 67 km from Joensuu. The year-round cottage (84m2) sleeps 6. Peaceful place. The cottage is well equipped. The air source heat pump cools in summer and heats in winter. Grill hut in the yard. Rowing boat in use. Great road connection. Come and enjoy the cottage life to the beautiful natural landscape, the south shore. Check-in time at 3pm and departure time at 12pm.
