Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca

Villa Blossom is first and foremost an amazing value, and second off all beautiful, peaceful, welcoming, and easy! The grounds hosted an insane amount of gorgeously curated plants, trees and flowers! The pool, yoga pavilion, and all common areas were perfect! The staff and hosts were super helpful and attentive if you needed anything or extra services (get a massage! it was amazing). There is a super market attached, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfy! Just in case your like us and didn’t realize, this is basically two hotel rooms next to each other with a shared outdoor space, and kitchen, there is no living room/couch! We didn’t find this to be an issue (and we had and 8year old) but it would be nice to have a hammock or something. Say hi to the local kitty if you go, and keep an eye out for frogs, Aguitas, SO MANY hummingbirds and other wild life!

Great place that was convenient to all the places we wanted to visit in the area. Loved the property and area. So many animals and birds to be seen not only in the immediate area but on the property! 10 minute walk to the beach. Carlos was an excellent communicator! Pura vida!

Excellent place, just like the pictures. We were a group of 6 people and everything met the description, unpaved street but you can access it with any type of vehicle. Communication with the host was excellent

Natacha was great and amazing with us !! She communicated well with us and helped us arrange anything we wanted to do or looking for. If we needed information about anything she was always accommodating us. She did not come back with just one recommendation but several. Always checking in on how we were doing, and if everything was OK, or if we needed anything. La Casa Del Mango was very clean and well organized. The amenities, awesome, well stocked with everything you would need. This whole place is amazing. Oh !! did I mention the pool, amazing. Oh !! did I mention Martin (Natacha husband) super nice, also amazing, Oh !! did I mention the wildlife, amazing. I can keep on going, and going, about La Casa Del Mango in a positive direction but I will end this review with saying that La casa definitely deserves 5 stars out of 5. Nope !!!! no negatives from our family vacation, would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful home. Dawn, the host and owner, lives downstairs and she was incredibly kind and helpful. Pictures don’t do the home justice - it’s stunning - with an incredible yard. Used the pool and meditation deck daily, both of which were amazing.

The home was beautiful and looked just like the photos! Please keep in mind this is an open concept home. So understandably nature will join you if you are sitting in the outdoor common area. We very much enjoyed evenings playing in the pool. The kitchen was stocked with all the needed utensils to cook meals. AC worked great in all the bedrooms. Area felt super safe with 2 gates to get into the home. Can’t wait to come back! Host was prompt and responded to any questions we had.

Jessica’s villa is absolutely stunning – beautifully located in the heart of nature, with breathtaking views all around. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in paradise. The house itself is super comfortable, stylish, and very “hot” in every sense – both modern and full of character! Surrounded by lush greenery, tropical birds, butterflies, and even monkeys, every morning felt like a scene from a dream. It was the perfect escape from the city and a chance to truly connect with nature. We completely fell in love with Costa Rica – its peaceful vibe, amazing wildlife, and kind people. Thank you, Jessica, for creating such a magical space. We will definitely be back!

The accommodation was better than we imagined, very close to the center , the beaches and restaurants. The airbnb is beautiful and super clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The place is private and quiet so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They were so helpful that they even welcomed us with a fresh fruit bowl. Too thoughtful, worth keeping this stay for future walks. This was home away from home. Nestled in the most beautiful and alive garden just steps from a pristine and seemingly private beach, Playa Negro. The home was a perfect landing spot to enjoy peace and quiet with my partner as well as a quick 5 minute drive into town for shopping, eating and adventure. Zahara was such a kind and friendly host, with great recommendations and communication. I look forward to returning!

I stayed at Manu’s jungle loft for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The space is comfortable and rustic, with wonderful views and a very comfortable bed. The beaches nearby are some of the best in the world, and it’s very easy to walk to nearby restaurants or grab a TukTuk any time. Manu and Lucas were kind and gracious hosts. I hope to stay again!

We loved our stay here in Manzanillo - this is a quiet, peaceful location that feels very private yet close to the beach & nearby restaurants. We used the bikes to get to the beach (5 mins) - which was absolutely gorgeous. We saw several blue morpho butterflies through the nice look-out. Hosts were friendly & check-in was easy. We just wish we had more time here! We highly recommend this place to recharge and to stay in a rustic (yet nice!) Costa Rican jungle paradise.

Beautiful place to relax, we loved staying here. The comfort is excellent, perfectly equipped kitchen for cooking right there, the place is extremely quiet and private, we loved seeing frogs and hearing a lot of bird. I recommend it 100%

This is an awesome place to stay, rest and/or work. It feels and is a peaceful and quiet place where you will enjoy your vacation, the pool is very familiar, you can see the ocean from the balcony, and it is a fact that you will see very relaxed iguanas taking the sun <3. Dalma was very friendly and responsive... I'd love to be back again!

The design of the house is very nice. The distribution of spaces is quite good, plenty of kitchen utensils, the place and outdoors are very quiet, parking availability is a little limited, and the vehicle is left outside the property but nothing happened, we went in 2 vehicles and initially we did not have space for the second vehicle, however they solved it very well, very attentive to the arrival at the site. A/C only in 2 rooms, the A/C in the main room did not cool too much but kept a pleasant temperature.

Great apt near the beach. About a 5 min drive to cocles and 10 to Puerto Viejo. Great apt for a couple and dog. Extra sofa bed and outdoor area were nice perks!

Mangovilla was everything we hoped for and more. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and positive from start to finish, making everything super easy. The place itself is clean, charming, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. I had a perfect stay in Puerto Viejo and in Ernyk his airbnb. He helped me with extra requests which was very nice. The house is very new and beautiful, a lot of green and animals around + only 5 min bikeride to shops and restaurants. Another plus is the eco friendly elements in the house. I would recommend this place 1000% and hope to return someday.

We absolutely loved staying at Jan's place. Both Jan and Yoshi went above and beyond in answering any questions we had prior to arriving, including providing us a connection to book tours ahead of time. They were also flexible and kind when our plans changed a couple weeks before the trip, and we very much appreciated that. When there, they sent us lots of recommendations for beaches/restaurants, along with answering any questions we had promptly. The house was clean and the gardens were just stunning. With the private gate and location we felt safe staying there, and the possibility to lock valuables up in a safe was a great extra option. We loved being able to just walk a few steps to the beautiful beach even just to have our morning coffee by the water :) All in all, we would definitely recommend staying at Jan/Yoshi's place. The beautiful location combined with the responsive, helpful hosts made our trip so enjoyable. If ever in the location we would love to stay again!
