The Pastor’s studio 3

Small studio in quiet walled garden with shops and busses within walking distance--and now with AIR CONDITIONING and a POOL. This studio was set up for mission volunteers so it's not luxurious. We often joke that it’s much better than camping, haha! There are other studios for rent if you want separate studios in one complex. (We have 5 that were originally made for the missions groups.) We are Christian missionaries with our church next door.

Cozy Santa Mar Suite

Relax in this quiet and elegant space. Deep in a local neighborhood of the city, you can find markets and convenience stores very close by. Downtown is a 10-minute drive away, and the city airport is 25 minutes away. Inside the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay, from essential kitchen and personal hygiene items to a cup of coffee to start your vacation. Studios Santa Mar welcomes you.

Martina suite with a separate entrance and terrace

Suite Martina has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The suite is completely independent and has its own bathroom, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a parking space assigned to this Suite in the property's garage. The terrace has a panoramic view of the mountain, thanks to the fact that the property is located in the middle of a hill (sloping street).

Experience the comfort of a strategically located accommodation with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants. Enjoy the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. This space is an independent area annexed to the house, featuring a private entrance for added privacy and convenience.

Private Peaceful Beach Nuevo Vallarta

The new large pool is a treat but we only have access to the furthest pool from the main condo building and our beach access is great. We are between RIU Hotel & Private Condos Aria Ocean. Wireless wifi is avail but it can be light at times, email and TV work great Zoom can be an issue.
