The house is super nice and modern, with large rooms and a spectacular ocean view. The only uncomfortable thing was the way to get there, since it is not paved and the GPS took us on a pretty bad route. Of course, that's not the owners' fault, but it's worth keeping in mind. We had some issues at the beginning, but Andrea helped us solve them quickly and we reached a good agreement. Very good attention from you. Victor, who gave us the keys, was also an excellent person, always willing to help us. As a suggestion, I would recommend that you include more bedspreads or extra blankets, because it is cold with the air conditioning. Or at least, specify if they are not included, so that one can take them. Other than that, everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and the pool is ideal for having a good time and having a good barbecue. 100% recommended!

The house is divine! Super cute! The only thing is that the kitchen is super small and has low light, it could be better illuminated. The rest is perfect!

Definitely the best place to stay in Ayampe, excellent location, pool. Communication with Laura (host) was excellent from the time of booking to check out. The house has everything you need (and more) to spend time in Ayampe. I would definitely stay there again.

Such a beautiful property with great amenities. Phillip and Suzannah provided clear instructions getting to the property and checking in was easy. The house was beautiful, clean, and as described. The hosts left us plenty of starter items such as coffee, water, milk, etc. They also were kind enough to provide fresh local fruit which was very thoughtful. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions. We also had the pleasure of eating dinner one night with Phillip and Suzannah and they were the kindest couple. They provided many wonderful recommendations for things to do locally. I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb rental, I would definitely stay again.

Wow! Nicest Airbnb we have stayed at. House was only a few months from completed construction. Beautiful! The pictures accurately represent the stay. The inside of the house is just as nice as outside. Grateful to John for letting us stay at such short notice. Any time we had trouble he personally came over. There is a family that manages the property too and they are really great and helpful. Joel even took our family pictures on the beach! THIS IS A MUST STAY and an even BETTER PRICE!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The property was perfectly decorated and maintained, with stunning views of the ocean. Our host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was ideal for beach lovers, and we loved relaxing in the beach gazebo, taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. We also enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony - truly unforgettable! Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway! 5 stars isn't enough - we'd give it 10 stars if we could!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice and absolutely clean. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great outdoor kitchen – it was superbly equipped and had everything you need for cooking. Mario was a great host: very helpful, friendly and gave us many valuable tips about the place, including recommendations for great restaurants. The beach is only 4–5 minutes' walk away – perfect for surfing or simply relaxing. Ayampe itself is a very special, magical place that enchanted us immediately. We can only highly recommend the accommodation and the entire experience!

Highly recommended place, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, all the amenities and it didn't lack anything at all. From sheets, towels and so on, to what is needed for cooking. Maritza gave us transportation numbers from the airport to the accommodation (Sarita), whom we also recommend using her service, as well as local transportation. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay here. Great central location close to the beach. It’s very clean, spacious, with plenty of natural light. Great value, excellent host. I’ve been to Ayampe many times and this is the best place I’ve stayed. Excellent value especially especially for a week or more. Well equipped kitchen. Great showers and bathrooms. Wonderful positive host that’s accommodating and very hospitable. 5 starts through and through! I’ll certainly be back in the near future as I’m often in Ayampe. Great two bedrooms also. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything!

Excellent place to go as a family group

Super recommended. The house is wonderful has everything you need for your stay, Great location, you can walk to the beach and have a spectacular view. Ricardo was super attentive to our arrival and our stay, helping us with everything we needed. I loved the house and the place would certainly always come back.

This place is private and exactly what we hoped for! My husband and I ended our trip in Ecuador here for four days. It is serine and heavenly waking up with the beach in front of you. We enjoyed the outside amenities at sunset, and the indoors cuddling and watching Netflix on our iPad (they have good WiFi). Emma was amazing, she was very flexible at check-in and check-out, and she was attentive to us. You have no idea how amazing the view from the house is, it pays for everything. The house is beautiful, nicer than in pictures.
