Nice place, nice area and beautiful landscape! Alexa is friendly, upon arrival the place was air conditioned because it was very hot and they left us a bottle of water, of course we would come back!

This is an amazing house with great location that accommodates a large family. Luis went above and beyond as a host, responsive and friendly! 5 stars all the way!!

The place is very nice, close to the beach and with a perfect pool to enjoy with family or friends. The place is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few incredible days. The location is ideal to rest, it is close to places to eat or walk.

We were in this beautiful beach house, the owners were very friendly to welcome us and showed us this beautiful corner where we stayed and celebrated a very special birthday. The house is a true paradise, with a cozy decor, they are also flexible in check-out times, which we value very much because we enjoy more as a family.

Lovely place. It’s about a 20 minute drive from the center of Pedernales main beach. Nice beach house, pool and private beach. Security guard overnight. within a 2 minute drive there is a little market for basic items, like water, soda, etc… and next to it there is a little restaurant with tradicional Ecuadorian food, such as bolones, soups, fried fish and shrimp it’s clean and and inexpensive. We had a great time over the weekend.

Really nice secluded place, perfect if you want to enjoy time away from noises and people. It is a beautiful home right in front of the beach and the first house to the pool, making the views amazing to the ocean. The house is secluded, there is no restaurants around and 15 away from either pedernales & Cojimies, which was fine by me.

We enjoyed our stay very much although the sun didn't show its face much... the welcome was very warm. 5, 10 minutes from the city center.

Excellent stay....very nice the view to the sea and the facilities of the social club very good...the truth passes a time of rest and relaxation...would be back with great pleasure...Diego, who took care of us in everything was very precise in the instructions and always attentive to every query...in general everything was 10/10.

A beautiful house! Recommended in every way ✨ The house comes with everything you need for your stay is super spacious and comfortable. We were 5 people, we cook every day there, something super good is that all the rooms have a/c, spacious bathrooms and a lot of tranquility in the surroundings. The house is a 7 minute walk to the beach, they can come and go without any hassle. I congratulate Marilyn on her home and attention! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The stay in this house was super good, very comfortable place and everything was clean, Alina took care of us kindly and attentive in everything, the photos that are on Airbnb are good, but it is better when you see it physically, the house is much better than what you can see in the published photos, the good thing that has its location is that it is close to the center of Puerto Lopez and Montañita. Jorge, the owner, was very attentive to answer all your questions, we would definitely come back.
