Excellent location; Michell was very flexible with the check-out time; the kitchen was quite well-equipped.

The apartment is very comfortable and well organized. Excellent option for 4 people (and 5 if someone sleeps on the sofa bed). The development has a decent pool and easy access to the beach (I recommend bringing your own parasol). It also seems to be a very safe development (they are quite strict with the visits). Ivonne is an excellent host and is always aware of any needs that may arise. If I recommend it.

Great place to relax with amazing views! I loved that you could get to the AirBnb right from the main road which made easier to go out and get back in without having to cross town. Also, keep in mind you’ll have to go through some stairs to get to town from the AirBnb, it’s really near tho but good to know. The host was very responsive and sent us some recommendations prior arrival which we found really helpful!

The place is small, ideal for a family of 4! The development is very good, the pool of the development is large and the beach is fine although it has many rocks.

Place was wonderful and host was on top of things, Navid was very responsive which makes the vacation a wonderful experience, definitely coming back soon!

A very quiet and clean place, especially with a lot of security. The warmth of Eliza and her father Victor is very nice. We went with our daughter Victoria who really enjoyed the pool. Recommended and we'll be back.

The penthouse is even more incredible than the photos show - it’s so beautiful, modern and well furnished with all of the little touches that make it feel homey. We’ve been able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and we have panoramic views of the beach and the surf break at La Punta. Also to mention that the linen is high quality, and the mattresses are the comfiest I’ve slept on so far in 5 weeks in Ecuador. Thank you for hosting us Gracie!

Excellent place, its location is very good with unbeatable landscapes, the facilities are very good and the building staff is always available to help, Nereida and the person in charge always knew how to give the necessary directions and the truth the rules are clear and understandable, simply recommended is a very nice and comfortable apartment, suitable for a vacation, rest and enjoy.

The apartment was very good, it is new, the residential complex has a good location, sea view and pool. Darwin was very friendly and was careful to solve a water problem in the apartment. My only observation is that there were no basic cleaning elements such as towels, hand soap, dishwasher or pots for the use of the induction cooker. Anyway, it was a great place to stay as a family, thank you very much Darwin! 😉
