Ich war zum zweiten Mal in Delias Wohnung. Besonders der Blick auf Palmen und Meer gefällt mir. Der Balkon ist toll. Die Straße und die Bar unten sind manchmal zu hören, aber mich hat es nicht gestört. Kaputter Toaster wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Die Garage ist eng, für einen großen SUV schwierig zu manövrieren, aber immerhin hat man dann auf 2 Stellplätzen genügend Platz. Ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen.

Excelente estadia en el departamento de Jose.. lugar increíble en frente del mar menor y el mediterráneo. La vista desde el dpto era fantástica. muy recomendable. Jose un genio que estaba siempre a disposición.. la manga fue un gran descubrimiento...

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und komme definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was immaculately presented and well equipped with stunning views from the balcony. Our host, Pedro, was very friendly and helpful.

En nuestra estancia de una semana nos hemos sentido muy a gusto en este piso, situado a apenas 5 minutos a pie de la playa y del centro. La casa estaba limpia, con mobiliario prácticamente nuevo y las camas son cómodas. Dispone de parking propio, por lo que es una gran ventaja. David ha estado muy atento en todo momento, respondiendo el teléfono siempre que lo hemos necesitado, además de recomendar restaurantes que fueron un acierto. En conclusión, una gran opción para alojarse en Águilas.

Fuimos a un concierto en Sala REM que queda literalmente a 3 minutos del departamento y todo perfecto. Tiene de todo para cocinar, lavar ropa, la ducha muy cómoda y con agua caliente. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, es seguro y muy bien ubicado para caminar o acercarte a los lugares. Lo recomiendo 100%

Fijn ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Dichtbij Mar en zee. Snel en fijn contact met Javier en Mari Carmen die ons ontving. Leuke omgeving om te wandelen, auto is noodzakelijk om dingen te ondernemen. Alles kwam overeen met de fotos, alleen de wasmachine is aan vervanging toe (maakt heel veel herrie). Wifi ook zeer stabiel, met 2 personen hebben we er 2 maanden remote gewerkt zonder problemen. Al met al een zeer fijn verblijf gehad, waarbij Javier altijd snel en adequaat reageerde op verzoeken.

What can I say this place was just awesome. From the moment we were greeted on arrival to the moment we checked out this place was a hidden gem. The detail in which it presented from the small things like a thermometer for the sick kids to the big things like cleanliness it had it all… So don’t hold back and think about booking this place just book it and you won’t be disappointed.. Well done mate you have provided something that we will remember and share for a lifetime..

El alojamiento de Sam es genial, exactamente a las fotos, decorado con buen gusto, limpio, cómodo, íntimo, no le falta detalle. Un lugar perfecto para descansar. Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos, como en casa. Sin duda alguna repetiremos. Muchas gracias Sam!!!!

We spent 4 weeks in the apartment and had a fantastic stay. The apartment’s location is superb- there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and a great Supercor supermarket a short walk away. Both the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are within easy walking distance and the location on the Marina is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and the outside spaces are perfect. The sunsets are amazing from the terraces looking out across the marina and the mar menor. Gonzalo was very helpful and accommodating as we were considerably delayed in checking in.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

What an amazing weekend we had at Nuria’s place. From the minute we arrived she was attentive and helpful with all our requests and needs. The house itself is beautiful. We were a group of 10 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space for us all, enough amenities for a family of 20+ and a choice of 3 different eating areas big enough for us all. The photos of the grounds don’t do it justice. The areas with the pool and football pitch are not only perfect for family’s and young children but also enclosed so we felt safe with the children for the whole trip. Would highly recommend this villa a family holiday, it had everything we needed and more. Looking forward to our next trip to Mula to call this villa our home from home.

What a wonderful villa for eight tennis ladies. Walkable to the courts. A beautiful pool to use at the end of the day. BBQ was a great boon!! Thank you Sandra, Ruben and Maria for your patience. Lizanne.

Absolutely stunning accommodation and location. Caroline’s photos were fantastic but even they could not do justice to this wonderful place. Caroline’s style and taste is classy and elegant and it makes this a fantastic place to stay. The complex is stunningly beautiful and the pool areas are beautiful and well maintained. Bars, shops, restaurants are within easy walking distance. Caroline is a lovely, engaging host and we will definitely be returning.

Tres bel emplacement pour cette finca au milieu de la nature. Idéal pour une halte et se ressourcer.

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

Todo genial la verdad, muy agradable la terraza y el piso con todo lo necesario, en general una experiencia súper positiva, la única cosa si es que se puede decir negativa a destacar, es que la plaza de garage es complicada y se necesita paciencia y manos, de resto todo genial.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt. Es war vieles schon vorhanden . Auch Eis und Chips für die Kinder . Flexibler Check out und tolle Empfehlung wurden uns gegeben . Der Pool ist super und alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wir waren mit 4 Kindern . Es war sogar Shampoo und alles mögliche vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns es war wunderschön. Danke

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Ha sido una semana increíble, el apartamento estaba perfecto, todo limpio y ordenado. Había de todo, de verdad que te sentías como en casa. La ubicación era perfecta, como aún hacía calor teníamos que ir en coche ya que íbamos con perro, pero la distancia a las playas, a Mazarrón y a la playa canina estan a 5 min, te permite que te cunda mucho el tiempo. Como fue en septiembre se notaba que en la zona había muy poca gente, por lo que estuvimos en un remanso de paz. La terraza es un top, hay unas horas puntuales a las que da mucho sol pero el resto del tiempo, tanto por la mañana como por la noche es donde hemos hecho vida (encima la tele con el soporte te permite verla desde todos lados). Gracias por todo. Ojalá volver.

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Great view from the room, lovely clean apartment and the host is very approachable and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Todo perfecto: apartamento muy agradable con todas las comodidades, excelente atención del propietario, ubicación perfecta en una bonita urbanización pegada al campo de golf de La Roda y a centros comerciales, restaurantes, zonas de ocio y playas. Totalmente recomendable. Si hay que poner una pega es que la alcachofa de ducha del baño principal está bastante mal. Por lo demás, totalmente recomendable.
