Holiday rentals with lake access in Puerto Cancún

Great place, conveniently located for quick access to beaches. And it’s cozy and quiet!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! It was everything we hoped it would be, and more. The home was beautiful inside and out. The decks were gorgeous, and we had so much fun floating by the dock and lounging in the small pool, watching and waving to the boats float by on the channel -ranging from fishing boats to huge catamarans, and even a couple of super yachts! We spent probably 80% of our time out there. We vastly preferred the feel of being a block off the main road in a vibrant neighborhood, and the space of a house over being in the overly touristy North Beach area for our stay. That said, that area was a short, inexpensive cab ride away. We did rent a cart for 24 hours to explore the island on our own and hit our favorite Punta Sur spots. (Recommend picking it up in the late afternoon to maximize your usage) Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful! Pretty sure this will be our island home on all future visits!!

Christopher was a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Flexible and even helped us arrange a taxi in the early morning of our departure.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

My stay at Jose’s place was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more ideal it’s just a one minute walk from a beautiful marina side mall with a fantastic food market and a great selection of restaurants. Enjoying meals with views overlooking the water was a definite highlight. One of the most unique features was the direct marina access, you can rent a jet ski or even charter a private yacht right from the backyard. It really added an extra level of luxury and convenience to the experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jose was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our visit. His easygoing communication and willingness to accommodate made the experience completely stress-free. For the quality, comfort, and unbeatable location, the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in future.

What a beautiful house. There were 6 of us and we all felt like home. The rooms were cosy and welcoming, there was water, AC and we felt very safe. The caretaker lives nextdoor and his dogs were so sweet. Great guardians! The terrace on the roof has a beautiful view over the lagoon and you can enjoy the sunrise there. We loved hanging out in the garden. Thank you so much Sabi for your great communication and tips! We loved staying with you.

Absolutely stunning appartment, the place is better then on the photos...the balcony is just awesome. Everything was very close, yet its very quite place. Juan Pablo was very easy to contact, he was very respectful to my requests and very helpful, even showed me the city and and best ever seafood resto in town. I really enjoyed this place, worth every dollar.

Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . Great relaxing spot overlooking the lagoon side. Close to the ferry and a nice public beach. Has all the little things you need in the kitchen. Great AC and if you don't want to use the AC the large sliding doors on both ends of unit provide a cross breeze. Very quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of some locations. I am ready to go back.

The place is incredible, everything matched the photos, only the detail of the washing machine but it was not a problem. Excellent location and Karla's service was very good, because she always answered calls and was attentive. The place is highly recommended as are the hosts. They are very flexible with check-in times and that is appreciated because it allows you to organise your stay. Thank you for everything

Simply spectacular. I had read a negative comment that made me doubt, but I decided to wash for the location, price and photos... and how nice that I did!!!. The apartment is impeccable, it smells delicious, it is very tastefully decorated and has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. The cleanliness is 10: everything was bright, the mattresses are spotless and very comfortable, and the place is so quiet that you can't hear anything at all. I slept like never before, the room has a huge TV with access to multiple apps a total plus. The bathroom is beautiful, smells delicious and every detail is cared for with affection. The kitchen is also super equipped upon arrival there were complimentary drinks - a nice detail that is greatly appreciated. Natty is a charm takes care of you having an unforgettable stay. The truth is I regret that I did not stay more nights. I highly recommend it, do not be carried away by the bad comment, does not reflect anything what this place is!!!

Great location, 10min walk to the beach and ferry. House itself was clean and quiet, AC worked great. Hosts were helpful when needed and did not hover or check in unnecessarily.

We had a great time at Leticia’s Airbnb. Place was spacious for 6 of us. Beds were comfortable. Huge lagoon and several pools to choose from. Never crowded. Kids rented kayaks from the office and had a blast. Many places nearby to walk and eat.
