Great location. Walking distance to old town Marbella and the seafront with lots of restaurant choices close by. Had a lovely private outdoor area which we used a lot. Friendly and very helpful host!

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

A stunning villa with a beautiful outdoor space/pool area. Good size rooms, comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms. A very attentive host, quick to respond and had no problem with us checking in early. Highly recommend.

I would just like to say this place is amazing and juan is an amazing guy. He let us stay because we had a late flight and never asked us for a pen anymore. This has got to be by far the best place. I've stayed there on all my trips around Europe staying at Airbnb's. juan was so helpful given us a device where to eat where to go for Days out his place was so clean fresh and just felt like Home I will be definitely coming back to stay here and I would strongly recommend anyone who's thinking in the coming to this part of Spain to stay at this place my wife and kids after 10 days, don't want to go home all I would like to say to juan yes thank you so much and I loved staying at your place. We had a great holiday in this well presented and well appointed villa. The property is very much as you see on the photos - smart, modern and spotlessly clean. The location is also great - in the heart of the Marbesa urbanization, with easy access to the beach and all of its lovely restaurants. Comms were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended, and would definitely return.

We stayed for 3 nights during may. Lovely weather, lovely house, lovely backyard. The house is beautiful, the linen felt like new, the kitchen is very spacious, the living room is very cozy. Only issue is we did spot a cockroach, which is understandable for a warm city. Beach is not so pretty but very private.

It hasn't happened yet that everything was tip-top. 👏😊 Everything is great. Owner very nice and friendly. Living as described. Everything super clean. We will definitely come back. 😊 Thanks so much

We had a great stay. The appartment was clean, comfortable, and just as described. There were a couple of minor issues during our visit, but the host was very accessible and took care of everything promptly. The apartment is beautiful. Spacious and very well maintained. Pretty much everything you need for your stay is provided. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony area is an amazing area for meals, drinks, sunbathing etc. Overlooking the pool area. The whole complex is very well maintained. The pool is lovely, sunbeds are available. We went out of the busy summer months so not sure how busy it does get, but while we were there it was nice and quiet. The surrounding area is ok. You really need a car to get around (or taxis) as there really is not much within walking distance. Saskia was amazing right from the booking. She sent us so much information ahead of our arrival and has created a brilliant folder of recommendations for restaurants, beaches and days out etc. Also supplied instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. Sonja met us when we arrived and then came back when we left. Saskia and Sonja were both super helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

If i could give a 6/5 rating I would. My stay at sebastien's place exceeded my expectations. Not only was his home clean and well equipped, but close to local shops and an easy walk. The bed was very comfortable and slept great with blackout curtains. I was able to cook nice meals without any difficulty due to lack of amenities. Most importantly, sebastien is a great guy. Extremely friendly, easy to communicate with and if there was anything I needed, he would bring it to me. Even gave me a ride into town. Great host, and would highly recommend. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I come back to marbella! Looking forward to coming back

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

This unit offers a spectacular view, meticulously clean kitchen & bathroom, well stocked kitchen for preparing meals, comfortable couch & mattress, quality linens, strong internet, and newer TVs. Do not hesitate to book this unit!

We had a lovely 9 night stay at this villa. Surroundings are beautiful, the gardens and pool are are impressive. Kids lived in the pool and the ping pong table was a welcome surprise and got lots of use. We had many BBQs in the outdoor kitchen, and the terraces get sun all day long so perfect to relax anytime of day in sun or shade.

We were very satisfied with our accommodations. Rolla was very easy to contact and her responses were very timely. Her place felt like home away from home and we would highly recommend!
