Condo holiday rentals in Puerto Banús

This was one of my favorite Airbnb’s of all time. An amazing location with beautiful views of the mountains, an easy walk to the beach, and right next to Marbella’s old town. Mar was a fantastic host - she provided a huge list of recommendations from local restaurants and activities to available adventures around Malaga/marbella. She was responsive and friendly and her guidance made my first trip to Marbella such a fantastic time. If you have the chance, book this spot! I hope to be back again soon.

The house was elegant and beautiful and had all the amenities we could have needed. Mima was extremely responsive and helpful. The location was a bit tricky (taxi drivers got a bit lost a few times) but easy enough to figure out after a day or so. Waking distance on main roads to Porto Banus made outings a breeze. The community pool is large and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful little apartment: beautiful terrace, lovely furnishings and fantastic location. The beds are super comfortable (even the bunk- beds!) and the heater on the terrace is much appreciated for breakfast. Lots of lush vegetation and flowers all around and the pools nicely heated. The parking is an added bonus and super easy. The bike rental located right beside is convenient (30 euros per bike for 24hrs). Beach is great too! All in all, a memorable stay and great communication throughout.

Apartment and views are beautiful and exactly as per the pictures. We had to contact Karen a couple of times and she was really helpful and responsive. As you arrive, the apartment building is on a really busy road and we weren’t able to park so then had to circle back round and do (what felt at the time with kids and suitcases) a long walk from the car via the busy road to get to the apartment. But soon forgotten once inside. You have the most beautiful views over the sea and beach and such a lovely apartment with everything you need. We spent everyday on the beach and it felt really safe for our family. The boardwalk along the coast is lovely for a stroll, though for evenings we preferred taking the 20min drive to Mijas Pueblo. It’s a beautiful, sleepy mountain town and we found the food way better. Great stay and base with the best views for a relaxing beach holiday.

The apartment is impeccable and Daniel is charming. It is a penthouse and everything is perfectly cared for and has everything you could need for a pleasant stay. The terrace is spacious and the development is super nice. Although it is close to the road, the windows are of high quality and you can't hear anything. Too bad the pool was under construction and we couldn't enjoy it. Daniel was charming, he let us check out later even though he had tenants the next day.

Romina was an exceptional host during my stay. She was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I had a wonderful stay at your place next to puerto Banus! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the marina and all the amazing restaurants and shops. The appartement was spotless, stylish and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for making my time special. I can’t wait to return! 🫶

Loved our stay in this apartment! It had everything we needed - was clean, light, spacious with a lovely outdoor seating area. Location was great, peaceful area with restaurants & shops a short walk away and easy access to surrounding towns/resorts. Great host. Highly recommend!!

Probably the best place I've ever stayed at. It's a bit steep. The views are probably the best I've ever seen. Jan was very responsive whenever we needed help!! 😊

The apartment was amazing and location was perfect! It had everything we needed and was right on the promenade. Rafa was really easy to communicate with and was very informative.

The apartment is beautiful. Spacious and very well maintained. Pretty much everything you need for your stay is provided. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony area is an amazing area for meals, drinks, sunbathing etc. Overlooking the pool area. The whole complex is very well maintained. The pool is lovely, sunbeds are available. We went out of the busy summer months so not sure how busy it does get, but while we were there it was nice and quiet. The surrounding area is ok. You really need a car to get around (or taxis) as there really is not much within walking distance. Saskia was amazing right from the booking. She sent us so much information ahead of our arrival and has created a brilliant folder of recommendations for restaurants, beaches and days out etc. Also supplied instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. Sonja met us when we arrived and then came back when we left. Saskia and Sonja were both super helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Eric was a kind person who explained various things in detail before I arrived. He also helped me with parking, so I was able to stay comfortably for 4 days. I was especially happy because I could see the beautiful ocean view every day.

Very spacious apartment, right next to the beach. It is equipped with everything you need, even with beach chairs and a parasol. Each room has its own AC, the table is fantastic.

We had a delightful stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Banús. The apartment was clean, and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location is fantastic, just a short 20-minute walk to the marina, shops, gym, and restaurants. We especially loved the balcony, which was great for a quiet morning coffee. The parking provided was perfect as parking can be difficult. Joao was accommodating and quick to respond, making check-in easy and providing useful tips about the area. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd happily stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location close to shops. 10 months walk to beach / paseo. Hosts were super responsive to any issues that arose during the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property—The villa was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The location was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to everything we wanted to explore. We spent most of our time on the expansive patio, where we could enjoy meals or just relax on the couches overlooking the beautiful grounds and ocean. It was the ideal spot to unwind. One unexpected benefit was the local manager, Lisa—she was incredibly helpful and super responsive, which made everything from check-in to local recommendations effortless. Also worth noting: the on-site pool grill was a pleasant surprise—good food, and having it so close to the villa was a big convenience. Thank you to Anne Lise for helping us make our trip such a memorable one! We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend if you are going to Marbella.

We had a great family holiday in Puerto Banus, staying at David's flat. The flat is spacious, light and has a beautiful view directly out to sea. We made full use of the pool, which we all really enjoyed. The flat had everything we needed and the main seaside area of Puerto Banus is easily within walking distance. It is a pleasant beachside walk along the boardwalk and there are many restaurants in either direction. We really enjoyed this resort and would definitely visit the area again. We were met at the property by Emilie, who was really helpful and polite.

Couldn’t fault this place! Such good value for money, great location in the heart of Marbella old town and every detail was thought about in the apartment. So light and airy, and a great balcony too! Would defo recommend this to anyone visiting Marbella :)

Amazing place to stay. We had a wonderful stay at SunnyCorner Marbella for our baby-moon! The apartment is in the perfect location—3 mins from the beach & restaurants, and 15 from the old town. Susan and Shauna were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, can’t thank them enough for their help. The guide they provided was fantastic and full of great local tips. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!
