Cozy place to stay and the court yard was great for my morning reading. Felt almost like u were in the country. Fort Worth was close by and all its activities. Description of kitchen is accurate. Cooking is mainly for quick meals, but plenty of restaurants nearby.

Perfect for a parent and a small child. Is exactly what I was looking for. Location is off of Ocean drive and Cole Park which is great if wanting to go for a bike ride. White cap beach and Port A is only 35 min away. Would definitely come again

Kate and Courtney were fantastic hosts, always responsive and helpful. We appreciated the attention to detail and the generous touches - coffee, tea and snacks. Even though this is a small space it is well designed and thoughtfully arranged making it feel cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of the property.

The facade doesn't do it justice or give the impression of the beautiful and peaceful place it is. It is spacious, quite comfortable, safe, clean and quiet. Ideal for resting, very close to the center, with many nearby options for eating, shopping, leisure or entertainment. Great value. Simple, straightforward and minimalist.

It was such a cute find! So pleased to have stayed at this location. Everything was clean and in great condition. If this place is available, book it!! Friendly reminder: to enter and leave, you must be able to climb a spiral staircase.

I can’t say enough about this AIRBNB! It’s clean it’s comfortable. It’s quiet just as the description says. We have stayed there three times and have enjoyed it each time. Definitely five stars.

The space is a little larger than what you can see. Everything was impeccable and it has a very nice terrace for coffee. It's hot, but the fan helps a lot, the noise from the planes wasn't a big problem. The check in instructions are very clear

This is a great unit! The room was in a quiet neighborhood above the main residence. Everything worked like it should and there were some nice touches like sparkling water in the minifridge and snacks in the little console. Loved the big map of Austin on the wall! It seems like all the places we needed to travel to were about 15 minutes away, which was awesome. Driving in Austin is quite the experience, but we managed well. We were in town to attend a wedding at the Wildflower Center and this unit was a great alternative to staying at a mega-hotel. Quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient!

Such a beautiful neighborhood! Andrew’s listing was so beautiful and clean! The yard you have access to was perfect for our dog to run around in he had so much fun! The neighborhood had a ton of walking trails that were so fun to explore!

I was so happy to find this place! I just needed one night this trip but would definitely go back for more. Felt homey and comfortable. Very clean, well laid out, and nice decorative touches. Nice big bathroom. Has it's own fenced in backyard with good tree shade. Felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood. Host gave clear information and was very helpful and friendly.

Bing was an exceptional Host. Her home was one of the most beautiful, clean and well kept AirBnB’s we have stayed. Such a great space, friendly and welcoming, safe, thoughtfully decorated, and peaceful. We didn't want to leave! The shower was amazing and the loft upstairs had views of the land surrounding the home. We especially appreciate that she welcomed our pup, who travels with us. We spent the days at Waco Farmers Market, Riverwalk, Spice Village, Hecho en Waco, Magnolia Silos and the Waco Mammoth National Monument. Bing's home was near all these great Waco sites - yet so peaceful away from the crowds. I highly recommend!

My daughter and I LOVED our stay at Lisa and Ken's place! The apartment was perfect for our three-night stay. It's well laid out, extremely well appointed, and is in a great location. Easy access to the freeway yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. They are such amazing hosts. They have the unit stocked with absolutely everything you would need. They are thoughtful, responsive, yet not intrusive. Highly recommend, and this will be the first listing I check for future trips to the Dallas area!

The place was clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The location was great. It was very quiet and peaceful across from a park. Salvador was great! Lots of communication and he came by to say hi and had some good recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

Super cute place!

I have been to Guanajuato several times is this is easily the most beautiful place that I have stayed at. It’s spacious, clean, walking distance to the best parts of the city center, and the rooftop terrace is one of the VERY BEST in the city. Anytime we had a question or concern, Xavier always had a quick, helpful, and friendly response. So many people we met were familiar with the apartment and they have a fabulous reputation all around the city. On top of all that they are located across the alley from on of the BEST bakeries in town. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time staying here. Tommi really makes you feel right at home and provides everything you could possibly need. She truly made us feel like we were at our home away from home. She even provides maps of the island to find the best beach spots and food suggestions. She also provides you with local restaurants and her fav picks in south padre. It’s a perfect location that’s not too far away from South Padre! I would definitely stay here again.

Robert’s place is a beautiful, peaceful place to be in Fredericksburg. He is a great host and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Margaret is the host that we always hope to find when looking for a place to stay. She is the most welcoming and considerate host I have ever had the pleasure to stay with. Her space was also perfect for us as well. Plenty of space and a perfect base to come back to between activities in Austin. Walkable to the excellent Cherrywood Coffeehouse, and a short ride away from dozens of other great places. The bed was very comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, while also being within minutes of all of the exciting parts of Austin. Margaret has also set her guests up with plenty of suggestions, including a folder filled with menus from local restaurants with some personal recommendations. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer, and enjoy morning coffee with the birds (and a few colorful lizards too!).

I cannot give enough praise for this incredibly comfortable and peaceful spot. I greatly enjoyed my time by the river on the property. The birds were especially talkative in the mornings, and that combined with the sound of the water over the rocks was everything my soul needed. The accommodations had everything we could possibly need for a stay, including coffee beans and access to laundry machines. The attention to details did not go unnoticed. I especially appreciated the tiered tray on the bathroom counter for toiletry items. Lesley’s recommendations for food and hiking were excellent, and we hope to make a trip back to enjoy more of them. In fact, as we were loading up to leave, the owner gave us a tour of the other Airbnbs on the property which were equally as spectacular and would be great if staying with a family larger group.
