Holiday rentals with lake access in Puebla

It was cold and rainy when we were there so we couldn’t do much outside but the view was so beautiful and relaxing that we enjoyed just sitting and looking out the windows. This is a place we know we’ll visit again!

This was a beautiful space and so peaceful! We felt right at home and were able to stay on separate floors with private spaces for my daughter and her baby. The kitchen was fully stocked if you needed anything at all. The bed was comfortable and the water extremelyhot in the shower, which was a beautiful design. The antiques throughout the house made it feel even more comfortable and to me. But my favorite part had to be the view which included live and up close views of a small grazing herd of deer each evening right outside our steps. Would absolutely book again!

Jay was an awesome hostess, keeping great communication from the time we booked until we left. He really shows interest in their guests having a perfect experiencel We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It is well decorated and well maintained, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. There are many amenities to entertain your group, and the backyard is such a treat. I would definitely recommend this home for your next getaway!Overall 10/10! Hope to come back soon!

It was a very nice stay. House layout and cleanliness was perfect. The backyard area is the place to be. We loved the view. Fishing was an easy walk to the water. There’s plenty to do in the area. All in all we loved the stay and would definitely recommend!

This is one of the best, if not the BEST, vacation rentals that I have been in. The house is beautifully decorated, the beds are so comfortable, and everything you could possibly need is in the kitchen. We enjoyed having a table that all 8 of us could sit around to eat and to play games. The neighborhood is very nice. The lake behind the house is an extra bonus. We spend hours in the morning and evening sitting on the large covered back porch, listening to the birds and enjoying the breeze and the lake and visiting. The men did a little fishing on the pier. If I would have brought my bathing suit, I would have tried out the lake for a swim or float. Maybe next time. If you are thinking about this rental... think no longer!! It is perfect.

I rented this place out and invited all of our family and friends for my girlfriend‘s proposal. Check-in was extremely seamless and easy. Angie and Elizabeth responded to our questions rather quickly. Out of all the Airbnb‘s that I’ve rented out this place had everything that we needed as far as necessities and supplies so there was no need to buy extra things. I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I had the greatest proposal with the most beautiful scenery looking over the lake. Thank you guys so much, I really appreciate it!

It’s a great place to be in, if you want to have a peaceful time with your family. We were there for our kid’s birthday, our kid was never ready to come back from the backyard. Best place to enjoy sunrise! Overall a great place!

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

This was a cozy little spot for two. It had a great little sitting spot with a view of the water ideal for peaceful relaxing.

The apartment had everything mentioned in the publication, everything tidy and clean, all the amenities needed for the stay, the balcony is a plus since the view is beautiful, super comfortable armchairs and bed, an apartment that I would return to without thinking, I loved it ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for our family reunion in Hunt, TX. It had everything we needed and made our trip so much more enjoyable. Roger, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful little apartment with an amazing view! And such a great location, only a couple minutes drive to the convention center and restaurants. And The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond to questions, I would definitely recommend saying here.

Excellent service, very clean place, very comfortable and with everything you need. Only the lagoon was a little neglected, it needs maintenance but everything else was excellent. I'll definitely come back!! Thank you!

Overall, this cottage is an excellent AirBnb! Quite spacious inside and really nicely upgraded. We felt right at home. The screened-in patio created an amazingly peaceful place out back and was a big draw for me. Perfect place to watch the sun set each night. Courtney is an extremely responsive host. We wouldn't hesitate to stay their again.

My wife and I took a short vacation away from our kids at Shelly's cabin and it was beautiful, quiet, and restorative. Exactly what we were looking for. The views of the lake are amazing and we spent hours sitting on the screened-in porch.

You're never really sure what you're going to get with a guest house, even from the pictures. We walked in and were so pleased. Everything in the house was spotless, it couldn't have been any cleaner. The bed was so comfy, Same with the outdoor furniture. It was so nice to sit on the back screened in patio and not worry with bugs. The perfect place to have your morning coffee enjoying the beautiful view. The kitchen was very large and had anything you could possibly need to cook a meal if you wanted. The master bathroom was beautiful and also had a walk-in closet with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Bathroom toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. The communication with the owner was awesome. He patiently answered a lot of questions for me, and it was never more than just a few minutes before he replied. Granbury and Glen Rose are both nice towns to visit. I think you will be very happy with the affordable rates they have.

Silvio’s place was really awesome! We were visiting for a BMT graduation & being able to stay around the lake & make the ~1 hour commute to Lackland was worth it. The lake has lots to do around it & landscape is breathtaking. Silvio gave us a huge, detailed list of recommendations as well, which we were really thankful for! Very clean & felt right at home. Check-in was super easy. This spot is convenient if you are interested in both San Antonio & Austin, as it is a perfect halfway point between the two. Also, the beds were SO comfortable! If we return to this area of Texas again, we will definitely be booking Silvio’s place!

Tina displayed everything even better than the pictures are advertised! Beautiful backyard with lots of room to hang out and enjoy a gorgeous lakefront sunset! It’s hard to leave the house with how entertaining it is!

As I sit here and write this review I'm comparing my pictures that I took to the pictures of the rental and the more disappointed I'm getting. The pictures are nothing like what is shown for outside. The inside of the house was awesome. As for outside the grass was overgrown. The number of chairs that are shown was way less. Not to mention of the two chairs one was broke. Luckily we brought our own chairs. No corn was provided for the deer. I did reach out about the corn and was told it was in the pantry, but there wasn't any there. If you are not going to enjoy the outdoors and plan on staying inside this house is perfect. I wish there was a way to provide my pictures for reference.

The place was great. We had a relaxing time and the bed is very comfortable. Great Lake views. Kala the host was great. The day I was to leave the rental truck I had wouldn’t start. After 4 hrs of waiting for hertz to send a tow truck, Kala sent her maid to boost me And get me going. Told me I could stay in home while waiting for tow. Appreciated all the help. Great place And great people.

This was our second time staying at the Lake Cottage. My husband and I loved it so much the first time around, that we wanted to come back for our 10th Anniversary! Highly recommend!! This place meets our expectations everytime and is so peaceful and relaxing. Great place to unwind and getaway. The views here are beautiful, and Diane is an awesome superhost! She's friendly, and attentive to all the needs for your stay to be perfect. The Coastal/Cottage decor really makes the place stand out. it's cute and makes for a relaxing vibe! Will definitely be future stays! This has easily become a favorite spot of ours😉
