It was a very nice stay here for 10 days, I had a very easy check-in, actually my check-in time was at 2 pm but I needed to check-in a little early so I asked them and Mr. Shiju allowed me without any hesitation. Shiju and her family gave me such a warm welcome and their approach made me feel like home.The room was very clean and had enough space, it had all the appliances we needed, a very useful place for self-cooking as it had all the kitchen essentials. Mr. Shiju's son Jaidan was very happy to bring any items as per our requirement. Overall all their family members treated me very lovingly.I will suggest the place to all my friends who come to stay in bangalore because it was such a wonderful experience I got from here, no need to go far to buy essentials and everything is available nearby. Once agian thank you Mr shiju for the wonderful experience 💕

Wonderful stay with my family and beautiful scenery surroundings. Great place place to spend quality private time in Kotagiri. The home cooked food was delicious and must try pallipalayam chicken & fish curry. Host and manager very helpful during my stays.

I had come to give my biometrics at VAC Chennai and wanted something close to it, and this was the best value for money place that I could find. The hosts were there to welcome me and the place was very comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here if I got to visit anytime near Kodambakkam/ Vadapalani.

The place is very safe and quiet

The house is in very good locality and rooms are value for money. I stayed there for 1 month and did not faced any issues in between my stay. Amith and neha were very responsive, responded very quickly to my queries during stay. Everything were made available before in the room before my stay started. Best for couples and if planning for longer stay. Room is at terrace, so have very good views of sky from the terrace

A lovely quaint bungalow nestled in the heart of the forest. Perfect for big group getaways and ideal for a long ride. The place has ten bunkers beds and a ton of space on the 1st floor and is clean and well kept. Two nice boys who you'd barely see cook some hot authentic Mallu food and take care there is nothing left to want with some good fish and chicken served piping hot. They even arranged extra meat for us on request at a very minimal cost. We were 14 of us and Doctor gladly gave us the ground floor too so we would be more comfortable and refused to charge us extra even when we asked him a couple of times if we need to pay extra and that thoughtfulness is a rarity nowadays where everyone looks for a bargain. I really had a good time. The room was supremely comfortable. The neighborhood is very peaceful.The view from the terrace was beautiful, especially sunset. Sharath and his family gave us such a warm reception. I enjoyed being there!

I had such a wonderful stay! Raaj and Aunty were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was neat and everything was provided as per the description. What I loved most was the green terrace full of plants and flowers. The whole place was so quiet, making it perfect for studying and getting work done without any interruptions. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and cozy stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the home truly made it feel special. Every need was promptly attended to, whether it was an extra blanket or fresh towels, ensuring our comfort throughout. The thoughtful attention to detail made the experience wholesome and memorable. The only feedback we have is that having an additional functional bathroom would add even more to the overall comfort.

Rode down from Bangalore and had a smooth, scenic ride—getting here was a breeze with Google Maps. The estate itself is absolutely serene, surrounded by nature and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The host and staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. Service was prompt and thoughtful throughout. we had one of the most memorable week during our stay at Kariappa house. everyone was really helpful and courteous. breakfast was amazing! the property is the main highlight, super peaceful and lush green and the lap pool was cherry on the top.

Everything was extremely good, the place is good, just the food is a problem if it rains, and the housekeeping staff can do better, we had to ask milk, cups multiple times. That's the only thing, otherwise the place is really beautiful cozy and clean. It has a fireplace too, it's chargeable but worth it .
