Cozy mountain house, 170 square meters, 7,200 meters of land, two bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub and shower and another 1/2 bathroom( only wc ) .Dining room kitchen, wifi , satellite TV in each room , there is no good signal for cell phones but there is wifi. The construction is 2015, anti-seismic , with thermal windows, very cool in summer and with wood heating in winter (can be supplied with additional payment) . It is a 45 minute drive from Santiago and an hour from Valparaiso.

Our rustic mud house is located in the Peñalolen Ecological Community, 40 minutes from downtown and 8 minutes from the Adolfo Ibáñez University, Peñalolén headquarters, in a very rugged pre-mountainous sector. The families who live in this community try to live in harmony with nature. The house has two terraces, a bathroom with a tub, a kitchen, a living/dining room, parking, a swimming pool and shared Wi-Fi. Also with digital TV and movie room, and a music room with piano.
