We bought this apartment because we fell in love with the view and beauty of the condominium. We completely remodeled it and it was very cozy. Our guests can enjoy sunset on the terrace and sunrise listening to the sea. The condominium has four swimming pools and one of them is temperate. You can enjoy the quincho, tennis court and go down the elevator directly to the beach. It's designed for couples only and we're sure they'll enjoy a spectacular stay.

Relájate con toda la familia en este tranquilo lugar para quedarse. Disfruta del mar con una vista privilegiada, despierta con su sonido y contempla desde tu cama el océano. Acceso a playa de forma directa. Fuera de condominio también accedes a playas a 5 minutos como Cau Cau, El Tebo, entre otras. Además cancha de pádel, futbol, sin costo. Hay vidrios en altura que no podemos limpiar ya que estamos en un edificio para tenerlo en consideración.

Kitchen countertop and mini refrigerator, grill and oven in a common space that can be used on the other hand. 5 min from the beach entrance the Tebo, 15 from Cau-Cau beach and 15 from La Calata (walking) by car about 5 min away. Shared parking as the cabin is in the patio of our house.
