Our stay was excellent — we felt like we were at home with family. Everything is brand new and fresh, and the owners are so warm and hospitable that we didn’t want to leave. It was truly a great stay, one of the best we’ve had in Armenia. The house has a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the mountains and the city — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The area is peaceful and quiet, but just a 10–15 minute walk brings you to a large supermarket (Yerevan City) and a very affordable restaurant (Vega) — our personal favorite, though there are other good options nearby as well. It's also worth mentioning that there was one day when the area had no water due to an incident, but the owners provided us with stored water and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

It is family place, very cosy and friendly people around. It feels like home, beautiful nature around, bbq zone, fruit trees and rest zones. Inside the room all the amenities are presented, you can feel it all in the little thoughtful details. In general it is a peaceful rest place not far from Yerevan.

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a week in this beautiful place. Great country house with all amenities and very well maintained and clean grounds! And the pool and barbecue area, board games, table tennis, mini football court and all in one courtyard of this cottage. Lovely host, met at the airport, drove and checked in, provided a local SIM card. The house is clean, there is everything you need, a bottle of beautiful local wine was waiting for us on the table as a compliment. Special thanks for the beautiful grill area, which also has everything! Host Karen responded very responsively and quickly to all requests, always available!A wonderful sincere person, for which I thank him very much! The vacation was a success and left a very unforgettable experience.
