Beachfront holiday rental in Psili Ammos

Stamatis is extremely kind and attentive and helped make our stay special. He’d warned us not many tavernas would be open in April so we were prepared for that. An added benefit of this time of year was the wildflowers on beautiful walks. We used the AllTrails app under a free trial!

We booked the same day we arrived, Kleopatra had just cleaned when we parked and told her that we just arrived. She waited waving her hand in front of the entrance to the complex of several flats while I walked down the street in the direction she had told me. In the beginning there wasn´t any hot water, but when I sent her a message, immediately the heater was turned on. She also brought me a hair dryer. The appartment is nice, luminous and tidy, with a small balcony with a table an two chairs to enjoy the view on the Marina. The kitchen is basic, but enough. You´ll find salt, but will have to achieve the rest in the nearby supermarket. Still, a very good price-service relation, quite unbeatable on Samos, I guess. Thank you, Kleopatra, for our pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Mine's place. They were attentive and quick to help with issues. The place is brand new and we loved having our breakfasts on the spacious balcony overlooking the magnificent sea. The location is excellent; it's possible to walk everywhere. The bus to reach the other beaches is right across the street. With Kusadasi as our base, we were able to visit Ephesus, Selçuk and Sirinçe. Thumbs up!

Beautiful location and excellent food. Loved the homemade croissants and the views from the cliff side. Easy access to great swimming and super nice folks! The grocery store is a 5 minute walk and lots of restaurant options are nearby.

This is a wonderful apartment in the perfect location, just up the road (about 100m) from the beautiful Ladies Beach. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. It is a fairly new building with new fixtures and great security. Dilek was the perfect host, welcoming and very good with communication. The apartment was clean and was just like the pictures, with all the amenities needed to make our own meals (no oven, but we didn't mind. There was a hob and microwave.) The shower was a bit small, but it worked well. We were extremely happy and comfortable. It felt like home away from home for the week we were there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family and I stayed 4 nights at this cosy and beautiful place. We enjoyed the tranquility of the outdoor places, had a swim at the small local beach and waked to the town for dinners. Stamos was always easy to reach and helped us with a recommendation for a bicycle shop. We would definitely come backe here again, thank you!

It was amazing apartments with amazing sea view. Very peaceful place and not very crowded area. Suitable for the family or to relax and zone out. The apartments was very beautiful with elegant selection of the tiles and furnitures. The balcony is pretty big to relax and enjoy the sea view. I will definitely recommend this place to visit

Zeynep hanim iyi bir ev sahibi. Hızlıca sorulariniza yanit alabilirsiniz. Bizi karşilayan Hakan bey ve eşi de cok kibar ve yardımseverler. Davutlar sakin, site tam kafa dinlemelik. Havuz çok temiz bazen özel havuz gibi kullanıyorsunuz. Evde 2 banyo olmasi avantaj. Klima var ama gerek kalmıyor pek. Çok nemli değil. Pencereleri açıp yatabilirsiniz. Sineklik var. Mutfak kisminda karıncalar biraz sıkıntı oluyor ama mutfakta karınca ilacı var. Küçük çocuğunuz varsa Milli Parkta İçmeler koyuna gidebilirsiniz. Deniz kum ve havuz gibi. Çocuk yoksa diğer koylara gidebilirsiniz daha sakin ama taşlık. Sevgi Plajına akşam çayınızı, plaj hasirlarinizi alıp inebilirsiniz. Güneşin batışını izlemek oldukça keyifli. A101, Migros eve servis var. Getir'den de Domino's vs.

Der Aufenthalt im Egebirlik Seasight war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Direkt gegenüber konnte man zum Strand und hatte genügend Möglichkeiten um Restaurants zu besuchen oder einkaufen zu gehen. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Tiefgarage bei der Unterkunft bietet ebenfalls genug Plätze, um sein eigenes Auto dort bequem zu parken. Serdar war ebenfalls immer gut erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Kuşadası.

We hadden een geweldige week in de accommodatie met onze kinderen (16,13,10). Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. In de keuken vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime kamers, een zwembad met uitzicht op zee, meerdere zitjes en binnen ook genoeg ruimte. Aanrader om in de omgeving te doen is wandelen in de omgeving van de Potami watervallen en te eten bovenaan de steile trap. En als je echt een mooie zonsondergang wilt zien, dan moet je zeker gaan eten bij Orizontas (wel reserveren). Een boottocht naar Efeze is ook zeker de moeite waard. In de meivakantie kan het nog wel fris zijn, dus een vestje is aan te raden. Het huis is vrij centraal gelegen en je bent met een huurauto zo in de omliggende dorpjes. De foto’s kloppen met wat je ziet in het echt, misschien is het zelfs nog wel mooier!

Konaklamamız gerçekten çok keyifli ve sorunsuzdu. Ev her haliyle düzenli ve temizdi. Mahremiyet vardı. Ayrıca Vedat Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu ve sorularımıza çok hızlı cevap döndü. Dolapta bizim için ayrılan ikramlar vardı. Evde eksik bir şey yoktu. Çıkış konusunda da kendisi evin müsait olduğunu daha geç çıkabileceğimizi söyledi biz yine saatinde çıktık. Okadar memnun ayrıldık ki bugün bir arkadaşıma daha önerdim. Teşekkür ederim her şey için. Tekrar kalır mıyım? Evet

Daire tam anlatıldığı gibi, konumu muhteşem, yepyeni bir tesis içerisinde. Gözünüz kapalı rezervasyon yaptırabilirsiniz. Giray Bey tüm taleplerimiz konusunda son derece yardımcıydı. Atıştırmalıklar ve içecekler başta olmak üzere her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Paradise appartment ligt op een fantastische plek, prachtig uitzicht en rustige locatie terwijl de gezelligheid van Kokkari binnen handbereik is. Het is appartement is prima, fijn klein keukentje en goede airco’s. De badkamer is aan de kleine kant maar wij douchten ook vooral buiten bij het zwembad. Het is overigens een heel goed zwembad, voldoende groot en ook diep. Als je bij het appartement naar beneden loopt, kom je binnen 7 minuten op een soort prive (kiezel)strandje, heel ydillisch. Er zijn geen stoelen dus je kunt er niet liggen. Mania is een prima gastvrouw die goede tips heeft voor strandjes, uitjes en restaurants. We kregen zelfs een souvenir van haar.

Öncelikle ev sahibi ilgili sorun anında direkt yardımcı oluyor. Evin konumu çok iyi sakin ve denize, markete yakın. Ev genel olarak güzel havuzu ve temizliği de gayet yeterli. Eksik olarak söyleyebileceklerim; 2 odada klima yok o biraz sorun oluyor, şebeke suyu tuzlu akıyor(evle alakalı değil o çevrede öyleymiş). Söylediğim eksiklikler çok büyük ve problem yaratacak şeyler değil. Biz 3 aile ve 2 çocuk gayet rahat ve güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Damla hanıma da teşekkür ederim, evi kiralamak isteyenlere de tavsiye ederim.

Monolocale piccolino, ma funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario: asciugamani, asse da stiro, phon per i capelli, bollitore, tostapane, …. Posizione ottima e host gentilissimo.

Merkeze çok yakın ve gürültüden uzak bir konumda. Gece balkonda oturmak çok keyifliydi. Sabah deniz manzarasına uyanmak güzeldi. 3 gece kaldık ve memnun ayrıldık. Teşekkür ederiz

This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!

Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern. Die haben das Zimmer so gut gefunden das sie nur selten aus der Pension raus sind. Wir waren vorher bei Lidl und haben auch viele Lebensmittel gekauft unter anderem Tiefkühlpizzas. Kühlschrank war groß für die ganzen Lebensmittel. Das Bett war sehr bequem und neuwertig.

Schönes Studio in zentraler Lage. Eirini hat mich sehr herzlich empfangen und immer geholfen, wenn ich eine Frage hatte. Das Studio ist schön hell und hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Kirche und die Berge. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle sind direkt neben dem Studio. Der Marktplatz mit Tavernen direkt am Wasser ist gleich um die Ecke. Mir hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und habe hoffentlich irgendwann noch einmal die Möglichkeit wieder hier her zu kommen.

Eva was really friendly, she even let us to change reservation date. The house was clean and cozy. The location is in centre and close to all restaurants and bars. I definitely recommend everyone to stay there.
