Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The guesthouse is located in the village of Psarades, which is a traditional mountain settlement of the municipality of Prespes on the southern shore of the lake of Megali Prespa. It is the only village on the shores of Megali Prespa and is a declared traditional settlement. In the village there are taverns, cafes and a grocery store. Guests can take a boat trip in the waters of Great Prespa, a rare experience on the water borders of the three countries.

Villa Elza is on the very shore of Lake Ohrid, in the fishermen’s neighborhood of Kaneo. In its three bedrooms on the upper floor, the house has seven beds and two bathrooms. The main bedroom and the small terrace overlook the lake. The roomy, old-fashioned kitchen boasts all modern facilities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The large living room overlooking the lake is connected with the two terraces, the lower of the two being used as a private beach. The house has Internet and cable TV.

The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.
