We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Fabulous views from the lovely waterfront patio. We swam 15 feet from our room and heard fish jumping in the night. An A/C is needed for summer. The yard plantings are beautiful.

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. We had an incredible stay at this cozy villa by the sea. Everything was perfect – from the breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings. The garden was a dream, filled with mandarins and kiwi, which we enjoyed picking and tasting daily. The sweet scent of roses added to the charm and made our stay even more delightful. It was the ideal place to relax and feel connected to nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful and serene getaway!

My wife and I spent 2 days at Nikola’s place and used it as our base for exploring the wonderful Skadar lake. The home itself is cosy, peaceful and well equipped for a few nights away. A kind of mini cabin with lots of charm, away from all the hustle and bustle. The drive from Virpazar can be a little tense as the roads are very narrow in places due to the remoteness of the accommodation so be sure to have a confident driver with you. Nikola was proactive and responsive in his communications. Always kind and courteous. All in all, we had a great stay!

We had a great time in Rafailovići and Andrea’s apartment was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay with a lovely leafy terrace. Her family were also very friendly and kind. Our young son enjoyed being close to the local beach (you’ll also find lots of bars and restaurants, plus a decent supermarket along the beachfront), and we also enjoyed visiting Budva Old Town and Sveti Stefan using local buses.

The apartment was great for our needs with a lovely view the only downside was the access which was challenging on foot and wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues other than that we had a fantastic stay.

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

Everything was great, very spacious, fresh and clean apartment. Wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. There is everything you need, even a beach umbrella. Parking space as an important plus. The beach is literally a minute away, there are many cafes nearby and there is a shop on the embankment. The only minus is a poorly built drain in the shower, water spills all over the bathroom.

The two of us enjoyed this expansive flat right above the beach promenade for a wonderful week of walking swimming in the sea, and sampling of a variety of restaurants up and down a very walkable coast. While the two bedrooms are more than we needed, it was great to feel that there was so much interior space not only in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but also a huge balcony where we spent many hours watching the world go by. We had cafés and restaurants that were literally two minutes outside of our door, and an endless beach and sea to swim in. There’s also a quick water taxi that can take you into old town Budva if you don’t want to walk the 4 km., and obviously taxis can take you back for the short ride. We will definitely stay here again! So amazingly, relaxing with great sun and sea!

Perfect Airbnb for my stay in Sveti Stefan. Zorica’s place was very clean with a beautiful garden overlooking the beach. 10 minute or less walk to any of the beaches or restaurants in Sveti Stefan. I was visiting for a wedding and I’m very happy I stayed here. 10/10 would come again.

Cosy and very well equipped apartments with terrace, we fell in love with it! Apartments are located close to the best restaurants in the area and the beach is also in a walking distance. Host is very helpful and responsive, she did all to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended ☺️

A fabulous flat, much larger than expected and beautifully cosy. Could have stayed there forever, but alas, Durmitor was calling. Tamara was very responsive, flexible and kind. If you're looking for ultimate peacefulness, the balcony isn't ideal as there is lots of road noise - but after a day it blends into the background noise and is a nice soundtrack to the beautiful views.

The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

I had a wonderful 3 days with my family. Perfectly located, half an hour's drive to everywhere and right in the middle. It was a clean house. We were very pleased. Ilıja took care of us until the last moment. I recommend it to everyone. :)

Very nice place, 100% as described, the host takes great care of customers, answers to messages and questions about various express issues at different times of the day, and the transportation you can order at good prices and instantly to different places. What a wonderful place! The views of the bay of Kotor from this apartment are hard to beat, pair that with a pool and modern accommodation and you have a perfect combo! Irena was very communicative and responsive, great experience! Will recommend to friends visiting the area in the near future.

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Nice small apartment in a peaceful neighborhood. Ideal for one person, maximum accommodation for two. An extra parking space is included in the price – perfect for those with a car. I warmly recommend it.

The house was in a really great location and had everything we needed. The bed linens and towels were very clean and smelled wonderful. In the evening, you can enjoy the balcony and during the day, you can even work at the bar on the balcony. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Igor & Boris, you are very kind hosts!
