We spent in this lovely apartment next to the lake and couldn't have wished for anything better. The apartment was very clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every comfort. Upon awakening, the view of the lake was simply breathtaking - a true spectacle of nature! The location is perfect for those looking for relaxation, but also for those who want to explore the surroundings with walks, boat trips or simply enjoy spectacular sunsets. Valter is the staff at the bar of the property, they were very kind and friendly, always available, they welcomed us with warmth and sympathy. A truly regenerating experience. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility, beauty and authenticity. Thank you

Villa Attica Colonia is an absolutely gorgeous property! Monica the host could not have been more accommodating. She truly was wonderful and helped us with all that we needed! She served the most lovely breakfast every morning in a little basket by the window. The view is outstanding and it makes you feel like you never wanna leave the property. It is a five star accommodation. If you are going to Lake Orta this is the best place you could possibly stay! Thank you again Monica for everything!

Really enjoyed our stay here—beautiful views, breakfast delivered every morning, short drive to Orta san Giulio (or take the nearby train—long walk or park your car at the station) or up the hill to Mottarone. Monica gave us a friendly greeting and tour of the facilities and explanations of the items in the apartment.

Clear recommendation! Very nice apartment, stylishly furnished. Not only the essentials but everything you need. Great! Materials very good as far as the floors etc. and the SPA is very great. Everything very qualitative and beautiful. The dog even received a welcome package 😍 Will come again anytime

Great apartment on the ground floor of a stylishly renovated stone house. The sauna was definitely a highlight, but also the perfect location in the center, just a few steps from the gondola lift. Communication with Tommaso was easy and any questions were answered quickly. We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment and I can 100% recommend this apartment.

Beautiful airbnb , the room is warm and cute with a magnificent and cozy view The tavern is also a space we used , you can eat and even sit ( I had to take a remote class and it was perfect ) We had a great time, our dog and our baby had a good time too

We arrived at Roberto's wonderful property, being met by Andrea, who spoke perfect English, to gain easy access. Booking, and subsequent communication with Andrea/Roberto, were straight forward. This was the beginning of a fabulous holiday in the Alps. The property was clean, HUGE, traditional, well located and immaculately presented. Our children revelled in the outdoor spaces. A 15 min drive (car essential) to the supermarket and local shops, were everything Italian could be had. An excellent stay for us. Roberto and Andrea even helped us escape from the area during an incredible storm. Thank you Roberto/Andrea. Steve and Ariel.

The place is absolutely stunning. Clean, new, well equipped. Lots of beautiful trail in nature. Very peaceful. Easy to reach by car but it's possible by bus, the bus stop is 10 minutes away by foot (down the mountain, the climb up could be challenging). Nice cafe / bar down in the village. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Can't wait to be back.

We stayed in 8 people between May 2 and 4. Recent structure, in the middle of the woods, fantastic location. Being a large group, we occupied 3 rooms, two double rooms, and a quadruple. Each bedroom equipped with sheets, personal bathroom, towels. Great cleanliness, cozy spaces. Spacious common room, kitchen equipped with everything you need: fridge, induction stove, oven, dishwasher. This clean environment, two tables, a sofa, and furniture on which you can find some information about the activities in the surroundings and also some games. Free Wi-Fi. Outside there is a nice space where 3/4 cars are comfortably located. There are also tables outside, as well as an area where you can grill without problems. In short, great experience, very nice structure, well kept in an absolutely quiet area and with a fantastic view. Available hosts who respond quickly to messages Absolutely recommended for large group.

Lyudmila was a perfect hostess. She suggested very good restaurants, which she booked for us. She also offered us different tours of the region, each more excellent than the last! Very good sauna with incredible fresh water bucket and very appreciated!! The interior and exterior of the house have been carefully thought out and are very clean. The private pool is a very nice plus after a long day of sightseeing! Our three-day stay was perfect and we can only recommend Lyudmila as a host. Many thanks for everything;) Zara (her dog) is totally adorable and in 3 days, we never heard her bark: which is very rare.
