Holiday rentals with lake access in Province of Vercelli

Valter welcomed us in a very friendly way and took the time to show and explain everything in detail. The house has a wonderful, beautiful and quiet location right on the lake. Great for relaxing, swimming and good opportunity for active hiking. Valter and Sofia were there to help us and gave us great tips for things to do and good restaurants! Can recommend the accommodation. Apartment is well equipped and functional. Linens and kitchen towels are provided. Also garden furniture and Wi-Fi.

We had a wonderful week at the accommodation in Arona. The apartment was exactly as we had wished – it was clean, well equipped and offered everything we needed for our stay. The reception was very warm, and also during the entire time the landlord was always available, responded quickly and kindly to all small questions and was consistently helpful. This made us feel very good and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for us for excursions on foot or by car. Overall, we had a great time, and we can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We had a lovely time, Davide’s beautiful home was in the perfect location as you walked out of the door if you looked to your left the lake is in view and everywhere was extremely walkable. Everything was extremely clean and also was equipped with everything you may need. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the picturesque town of Arona.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at Fiorella's house, which was perfectly located in a peaceful environment. Fiorella was really responsive and welcoming. The house is well adapted to a small family. We will definitely come back to Fiorella's house

Thank you for making my birthday special! A completely renovated hillside village. Breathtaking view of the lake from the garden (to call it a garden is an understatement). Casa Longhi is a beautiful place located right in the centre of this historic village and close to the lake. The casa is historic (built in 1456 - note; the plumbing has been upgraded since! 🤣). It retains its old world charm and ambiance. It is has a very comfy bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is a bonus. Nicolo is a fabulous friendly host. Highly recommended - Grazie.!!

A stay that met our expectations… Fabulous lake views, 5-minute walk to the lake, swimming facilitated by a few steps! The apartment is really great and the calm is fantastic. Thank you for your warm welcome and especially for your joie de vivre.

The accommodation is impeccable, and super well located, we were 6 biker friends, we had the space, for everyone, the kitchen is very well equipped, two bathrooms for a group, it is very comfortable There is a car park right in front of the building the place is quiet and central, which allowed us to visit the region, the lakes, Our host was very friendly, welcomed us with kindness, despite our delay... we really recommend this place.

We enjoyed our time at the Sunset House. There was a beautiful view on the lake, Rubens was very friendly and easy to communicate with, the house had everything we needed and it was great that our dog could freely walk around in the fenced garden.

La Finestra sul Lago is a super apartment in a great location within Baveno. The house is finished to a high standard and the equipment provided is in very good condition. The location overlooking the embarkation point and Lake Maggiore in general means constant activity with boats going to and fro as well as a beautiful outlook. Being on the third floor, there is an appropriate level of detachment which creates a peaceful ambience. Paola met us in person on arrival and took time to give us suggestions for local cafes and restaurants, the best of which was Ristorante Italia on Isola dei Pescatori: dinner was made even better by the fact that the restaurant’s boat collected us from and returned us to Baveno. An excellent apartment and a very friendly and helpful host. We wouldn’t hesitate to re-book if visiting the area again.

Our stay in this apartment in the heart of Orta San Giulio was exceptional. The natural setting is beautiful. The apartment, spacious and well-equipped, offers all the comforts you need. we had a great stay in Roberta's house. the house is super nicely located and excellently equipped. Roberta takes care of things when something is needed. simply great! The only downside was the unexpectedly soft bed in our eyes. (But of course, that always depends on personal preferences.) In contrast to many other comments, we can positively confirm that we had no (beyond the normal level) mosquito problem during our stay. So we definitely arrived highly "overarmed" with Autan. 😀

We spent a wonderful 4 days in the house. The location is awesome and the private beach is simply fantastic. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. The house is clean and the garden with the beautiful view is awesome. We were 2 adults with 2 dogs and for us it was perfect. The dogs cannot enter the water from the private beach (water is only accessible via 2 ladders) but 10m from the house they can easily swim. The place is great for swimming with the dogs. The spiral staircase was also not feasible for our (medium-sized) dogs, but they slept upstairs in the living room without any problems and we slept downstairs in the bedroom. The house is equipped with everything you need and the recycling system is perfectly prepared by the host. Everything was very clean upon our arrival. We enjoyed our holiday here very much and will definitely come back.

It is a beautiful accommodation in a quiet location surrounded by beautiful nature. However, you should be very good on foot or own a car. And you should be fit in serpentine driving. 😂 All in all, a fantastic stay that we can only recommend.

We were here for the second time. Beautiful quiet apartment a little away from the mainstream tourism of Lake Maggiore but still everything very quickly accessible

We were a group of 9 people and we had a lovely stay at this house by Lake Maggiore. The location is absolutely beautiful, with great views. The path to get there will have given us some chills but the garden is a real haven of peace, perfect for enjoying the calm and surrounding nature. Self check-in and self check-out will have given us a lot of flexibility, Stefano's instructions and his responsiveness were perfect. A big thank you for the warm welcome and all the small details in making our stay such a pleasant one.

First of all, this location is absolutely outstanding. It is directly on the lake just south of town. The island is front and center and it is so peaceful and quiet. We loved lounging next to the lake in the afternoons, watching the ducks swim and the boats sail by. The “cottage” itself is compact but perfectly comfortable for 2-3 people. It is very bright and airy, although it would have been great to have screens on the sliding glass doors so we could have breezes at night. We had an unusual check in experience, which was mostly our own fault. We followed the check in directions online; we should have read the House Rules before check in! Because we didn’t, we ended up in the wrong house where the keys didn’t work, so we climbed in a window, only to subsequently learn that someone else lived there! So DO read the House Rules before arrival. Our only suggestion…the cottage is not as well stocked as other AirBnB’s where we have stayed. AirBnB should have a minimum level expect
