Beachfront holiday rental in Province of Vercelli

The apartment is very cozy, the location on the lake and the proximity to the center of town perfect. The park is beautiful, even in the rain ;-).

Charming apartment with nice decor across the street on the lake. We liked the location - nice to walk to town. The bed was very comfortable and we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We liked how the place was decorated and were able to have a nice dinner with family. Our host met us and brought us a pasta bowl for use. We would like to stay here again when we come back to visit this quaint little town on the lake.

We had a truly wonderful week at Carla's place in the heart of Stresa. The location is perfect, on the main lakefront boulevard, with beautiful views out over the lake and very central, everything is walkable. Parking for free was also surprisingly easy, just 50-100m further down the road there are plenty of parking spaces and we had no problems parking later in the evenings, we were out most days so never tried during the day. Apartment is very pleasant and well equipped with everything you need for a family of 4. Carla was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

Very nice apparment. It was super quiet. The bed is big and comfy. We had only little sunshine during our stay, but on our first morning we had our breakfast in the sun on the lovely little balcony. There are nice restaurants around the corner and also in the villages next to Lesa. Because of the colder temperatures we switched on the heating which worked perfectly. Also I want to mention that Patrizia was the most friendly and flexible host. We had mixed up the dates from our booking and she was super friendly and helped us to solve the problem. Thanks a lot!! Tipp: Should you travel by (big) car. Google Maps made us drive through the tiny very narrow roads in the village. Even though you can easily approach the apartment via the big road along the lake. So choose the big road when you drive there. ;)

The place offered us exactly what we needed. Great location and also the possibility to have a secular garden was impeccable!

Our visit to Marta’s place was relaxing and enjoyable. We spent two nights there and decided to eat in both nights because of the location and facilities. Marta even sorted out the barbecue for us. Lots of nice touches milk, juice,breakfast stuff all available upon our arrival. A very relaxing stop in a busy area of the lake.

A great relaxing location on the waterfront. Our host Mafalda was very attentive and made sure our stay was exactly as we wanted. We enjoyed the private balcony next to the water with sun beds and outdoor furniture. The 2 sunshades were very good to have. We also rented a boat through Mafalda which was of top quality and well maintained. It was a great way to see the lake and the attractions she pointed out to us. Please note the apartment does not have air conditioning however, the bedroom has an oscillating fan, and, as there were no mosquitoes we were able to have the terrace doors open all night. It was not an issue for us. A 5 minute walk to Feriolo gives you access to a myriad of cafes and restaurants of varying price and service. Thank you Mafalda for a great experience. We had very pleasant and relaxing days in the accommodation. We really enjoyed being right on the lake and in a quiet location. By car or boat, you can still get to a busier place quickly.

We stayed at the property for nine days and were generally very satisfied. Highlighted is the extremely central location and the balcony, which is directly facing the lake. So you can read a book or have a coffee there. The balcony to the back, near the bedrooms, is much quieter and also very sunny, mainly in the afternoon. Although Carla said it was a problem parking the car, we almost always found a parking spot in front of the house or in close walking distance on the promenade. Since we are not Italians, the waste system was a challenge for us. But Karla also helped us very well here. Our dog also felt very comfortable and enjoyed the hours of sunshine on the balcony and watched people from there. All in all a very good apartment in the best central waterfront location in Stresa. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment.

Everything was 100%. Possibly a little over priced. Yet I was happy with the location and everything else that Franco provided.

We spent three great days at Corrine’s house and we LOVED it! The location is beautiful, right on the river. We enjoyed seating at the balcony and just relaxing. Corrine assisted us with anything we needed for our kids, and the entire stay was just great. We highly recommend it.
