Ho trascorso un meraviglioso weekend in questo appartamento! La casa è pulita, accogliente e perfettamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario. La posizione è comoda, in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutto. L’host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Assolutamente consigliato, ci tornerei volentieri!

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, pulito e confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario. Arianna e Giuliano sono due padroni di casa discreti ma premurosi, con tempi di risposta molto celeri.

We loved our stay here. Very thoughtful and accommodating host - this is the home she grew up in and her care for it and our stay was clear. The home has a family vibe and is in the middle of beautiful Emiglia-Romagna farmland. Our daughters especially enjoyed the patio chairs on the lawn and the cherry tree that was full of fruit. This was great value for money and Catia was very accommodating of our large group. We highly recommend!

Viola was an incredibly helpful host. She was always very responsive and the Airbnb itself was very comfortable and clean and well kept. She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone who wants to stay in Faenza.

I can highly recommend this studio if you are staying some days in Cesena. It is very central and it is nice and everything is there in the flat for you to feel at home. The host is very helpful and responds immediately.

Such a fantastic place to stay in Porto Corsini! It was walking distance from the cruise terminal, and was a nice and quiet place to relax. The beach is very close by with stores on the way. Super nice sand with wind surfing and fishing.

Tolle Unterkunft, gut eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, schöne Balkone, Badezimmer mit Fenster. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einem angenehmen, ruhigen Wohnviertel, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, einen Supermarkt gibt es in der Nähe. Rundherum ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Ravenna. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Anna und Paolo war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, einen besseren Ort, Ravenna zu entdecken, kann es kaum geben.

Matteo è stato molto disponibile con noi. L appartamento è praticamente sul mare, vicinissimo a tante zone che avevamo in piano di visitare. Siamo stati benissimo!

Sono stato ospite per quasi una settimana nell'alloggio e mi sono trovato benissimo. Host garbata e disponibile. L'appartamento è ben arredato con cucina e bagno forniti di tutto il necessario per rimanere qualche giorno, senza doversi adattare a quanto di solito (non) viene messo a disposizione dell'ospite. Consigliatissimo!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. Cucina e bagno forniti di tutto, letti comodissimi. Abbiamo trovato la casa con riscaldamenti accesi 😊 e un vassoio di pasticcini da thè di benvenuto. Matteo ci ha fornito tantissime info sia su dove parcheggiare che su dove mangiare. Gli host hanno sempre prontamente risposto alle nostre domande, con cordialità e gentilezza. Nelle vicinanze delle Porte di accesso al centro storico ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti e a pagamento, ma volendo, dalla casa si arriva con una breve passeggiata (km. 1,200 circa) a Porta Nuova. Oppure se volete, passata la Porta, sulla destra c' è un ampio parcheggio a pagamento e in breve si arriva a S. Apollinare Nuovo e al Centro. Noi abbiamo mangiato bene a Ca de Ven dietro piazza S. Francesco e fuori Ravenna a Ca delle Aie (Cervia) 20 km circa fuori Ravenna. In altri ristoranti del centro consigliati non abbiamo trovato posto, consiglio prenotazione anticipata. Speriamo di poter tornare a Ravenna. Grazie Micheline e Matteo🤗

Très bon accueil de Stefano. L’appartement était d’une propreté impeccable, la literie est excellente, et le quartier est très calme. Une place de parking est disponible dans le sous sol de l’immeuble ce qui est très appréciable. Compter 20 bonnes minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre historique de Ravenne, en traversant le quartier de la gare.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Had the best time! Some great memories made! Thank you Giacomina xxx

Wonderfully kind and accommodating hosts. The apartment was bright and airy, has a lovely courtyard below, and was in the center of everything. Even with great windows, there’s some sound from the people below until midnight some evenings, but that’s to be expected in this terrific location. A suggestion so you don’t repeat my error: read. the. entire. description. —don’t just look at the photos. If you’re traveling solo or with another person, both bedrooms aren’t necessarily at your disposal unless you communicate with the hosts. I messed up and they were extremely gracious, helpful and quick in sorting it out. Super nice people! I have a few favorite places to stay in Ravenna and this has been added to the list! Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

Appartamento grande, comodo, un po' datato negli infissi. Qualche piccolo servizio da migliorare, esempio la mancanza di asciugamani e uno scolapasta non adatto a 6 persone, ma nel complesso molto bene. Televisione con decoder e quindi 2 telecomandi, comodo il parcheggio interno, l'aria condizionata nelle 3 stanze, il campo da tennis e la piscina. La spiaggia libera è poco lontana. Una vacanza piacevole, sarebbe bello poterci tornare.

Ho soggiornato per una settimana a fine Agosto, con l'obiettivo di far conoscere il mare alla mia cagnolina. L'appartamento, seppur arredato in modo estremamente semplice, era funzionale. La chicca sono i due terrazzi, uno davanti all'ingresso, l'altro in camera da letto, che unita al sesto piano permettevano una bellissima vista sulla pineta antistante e la spiaggia, rigorosamente per cani. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce, il posto auot interno sempre disponibile e, fatto non secondario, tutti gli ospiti della struttura educati e non rumorosi. Ottimo per chi cerca una soluzione semplice, non eccessivamente costosa e adatta a vivere una settimana in spiaggia: se poi avete un cane, è la soluzione perfetta per voi.

Het verblijf in Faenza is geweldig. Fabio en zijn vrouw zijn schatten. Het uitzicht is geweldig en er is veel te doen in de omgeving. Je krijgt tips voor restaurantjes in de buurt. Helemaal top. Meeste stellen zijn rustig en op zichzelf en dat vind ik prettig als ik vakantie heb. ABSOLUTE AANRADER

Monia and Fabio are wonderful hosts! They gave us a lot of recommendations for local restaurants and other activities. The house and the pool is very clean, the appartement is spacious and has very nice interior. Check in and checkout is very easy and the hosts are always available if you'd ever need something. You can find anything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Overall this place is really beautiful and unique - we had a wonderful time and cannot recommend it enough! :)

Wir waren zu viert in dem Apartment untergebracht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar direkt am Strand. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief reibungslos. Wir bedanken uns für ein paar schöne Tage in Italien. :)
