Condo holiday rentals in Province of Ravenna

Giuliana's place was perfect! My girlfriend and I stayed for a week during the Ferrari Finali Mondiali at Imola as we were working the event. The location is fantastic, it was closer than most parking lots and a 5 minute walk to the track with no hassle for parking the car near the AirBnB. The entire apartment was spotless, had all the furnishings you could wish for including a washer and drying rack, AC was working great - we had absolutely no negative comments, everything was perfect.

In the more than 5 years I've traveled and rented apartments on Airbnb, I've never stayed in a place as amazing as Micheline's. From the beginning, the flexibility of check-in was impressive – she allowed me and my girlfriend to enter well before the scheduled time. Both Micheline and Matteo were extremely attentive and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The apartment is impeccable, fully equipped, with first-class cleanliness, excellent internet and several convenience items, such as cleaning products and seasonings available. The location is also great and very safe. We stayed for a month and, when we left, we felt a great sadness for leaving such a special place for us. Our only regret was not staying longer or renting the apartment for a longer season. I can say with confidence, as someone who has hosted on Airbnb: this apartment is amazing, and Micheline and Matteo are exceptional hosts. We will miss it.

This was my third Airbnb on this Italy trip. It was by far the best. I wish I could give 10 stars. Starting with a superb host whose communication could not have been better from day one. The beautiful apartment with hardwood floors, fresco ceilings, modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, pillows, sheets, a tray of fresh fruit and a fridge with drinks and yogurt, coffee and teas, cookies, and breakfast toast with honey and jams. A short walk to the Imola racing circuit. Excellent pastries, and cappuccino directly across the street. Shopping a few steps away. And restaurants literally a short walk, including the fantastic Sam Domenico, a Michelin two star restaurant. I’ve never walked to a Michelin restaurant in my life directly from home. I simply don’t have the words describe how happy I was with everything related to this apartment.I hope to return and stay even longer. I highly recommend renting this apartment unless, of course, I want to. Near perfection.

Super communication - great place!

Very nice and very clean apartment. The new furnishings and maximum availability from Stefano and Mrs. made the accommodation even more welcoming. The neighborhood is very quiet, at night, and well served in terms of clubs, shops, and supermarkets. Just a few steps from the pedestrian equipped area: a public stay along the port.

A convenient 5 min taxi ride from the station, peaceful surroundings and place was clean and well-equipped. There were some glitches with the wifi and water boiler but nonetheless all is good. Cesare is very responsive and was helping us with everything even though it was late at night! Thank you so much! Thank you for hosting us!

Cosy flat, in a the lovely center of Ravenna, perfectly located. Eleana was super reactive and available for meet & greet and support during my stay. Recommend blind folded !

Enough space for 3 people. It was good that there were two bedrooms. The double bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect to reach many cities and attractions by car. Beautiful walks directly from the house, e.g. walk through the forest to the beach. The host was very quick to respond to questions, even late at night when we arrived. Very nice touch to check in, there was water, wine, biscuits, coffee, juice. The kitchen is really very well equipped, we found everything we needed. A big plus is also the dishwasher. In particular, I would like to mention the dryer, which is available for the washing machine. We have never had this in any apartment so far - we appreciated the dryer very much, as it was unfortunately rather cold outside and rained several times, so the laundry would not have gotten dry without a dryer. We would have liked a small sofa to be able to watch TV comfortably. But the value is very good and fair.

The condo was great! Very spacious, pleasant and with two nice outdoor decks, AC, comfortable beds, my own garage space for my car and washer and dryer in one, I felt right at home. The only thing missing that would have made it perfect was a microwave. The Airbnb host was very attentive, helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants and sights to see in the area. I’ve recommended this listing to my family members when they stay in Ravenna.

Me, my partner and our dog stayed in Mr. Emanuele's house for the night. The house was very clean and the attention to detail shows its attention to its guests. For example, water bottles, coffee pods, impeccable linens and all bathroom accessories (single-use soap, etc.). I highly recommend this house.

Perfect small accommodation. Very well located with a beautiful view of the very pretty square. Everything is done to be well received and have a very pleasant stay.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Beautiful place, quiet and well maintained. The hosts are a very kind and helpful couple. He also offered to help me with the barbecue when I asked for information on how it works. High-quality breakfast included and with eggs from the three hens in the residence. Spacious tent equipped with duvets and comfortable bed, with breathtaking views when you wake up in the morning. There is also a swimming pool. You absolutely have to spend at least one night there. We'll be back for sure.

Large, comfortable apartment, a little dated in the fixtures. A few small amenities to improve, such as the lack of towels and a colander not suitable for 6 people, but overall very well. TV with decoder and therefore 2 remote controls, convenient indoor parking, air conditioning in the 3 rooms, tennis court and pool. The free beach is not far away. A pleasant vacation, it would be nice to be able to go back.

I stayed for a week at the end of August, with the aim of introducing my dog to the sea. The apartment, although furnished in an extremely simple way, was functional. The gem are the two terraces, one in front of the entrance, the other in the bedroom, which joined to the sixth floor allowed for a beautiful view of the pine forest in front and the beach, strictly for dogs. Check-in was quick and easy, the indoor auot place was always available and, made not secondary, all the guests of the property polite and not noisy. Great for people looking for a simple solution, not overly expensive and suitable for a week at the beach: if you have a dog, it's the perfect solution for you.
