Barbara gentile e disponibile..ha fatto trovare la casa pulita e con tutto quello che aveva promesso. Ottima posizione e anche il parcheggio interno anche se in strada c è parcheggio libero. Spiaggia di Fido vicina.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in Kingas Apartement. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Abends oder ganz früh, wenn die Kinder noch schlafen, dort wie in einem Garten zu sitzen, war herrlich. Sternenhimmel, Morgensonne, oder einfach nur die Meeresluft - auch wenn die Terrasse keinen Ausblick hat. Und das mitten in Grado! Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist super zum Schlafen! Kleines Minus: von der Luke in der Küche scheint die ganze Nacht über Licht ins Zimmer. Und der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut - also Oropax mitnehmen - damit habe ich dann sehr gut geschlafen! Das Einzelzimmer hat eine Lichtluke und war für uns gemütlich (und nicht nur wie in Abstellkammerl - wie in anderen Beschreibungen - )

Super Unterkunft, sehr modern, alles toll neu hergerichtet. Die Lage war sensationell- Strand vor der Tür, tolle Lokale in der Nahe Wir werden wiederkommen

Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Man spürt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Eine besonders herzliche Geste war das liebevoll zusammengestellte Willkommensgeschenk der Inhaberin: ein echter Musterkorb mit allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann – gefüllt mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten.Dieses großzügige Geschenk hat uns nicht nur versorgt, sondern auch das Gefühl vermittelt, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Dank dieser wunderbaren Aufmerksamkeit konnten wir die ersten Tage vollkommen entspannt genießen und unseren Aufenthalt von Beginn an in vollen Zügen erleben. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder – es war einfach perfekt!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig was sehr angenehm ist. Die Nachbarn sieht man kaum und wenn waren alle freundlich. Es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Aldi, Metzgerei ect vor Ort mit italienischen Leckereien 🙂 Grado liegt gerade mal 20km entfernt was sich absolut zum essen gehen und bummeln ect lohnt. In 15 Minuten ist man an einem schönen Strand, der auch sehr gut für kinder geeignet ist. Einziges Manko der Wohnung ist das sie sehr warm ist an heißen Tagen, da keine Klimaanlage da ist. Alessandra ist immer freundlich gewesen, hilfsbereit und antwortet in kürzester Zeit.

Ubytovanie bolo krásne, čisté a priestranné, vhodné pre rodinu s deťmi. Sára sa o nás skvele postarala, pripravila miesto a pohotovo s nami komunikovala. Vďaka nej sme sa hneď cítili ako doma. V okolí sú nádherné miesta, ktoré treba navštíviť. Veľmi sme si to užili.

Die Kommunikation im vorhinein war super einfach und schnell. Barbara hat und noch genaue Anfahrtsbeschreibungen gegeben, da Navi‘s angeblich nicht gut hinfinden. Konnten das Auto in der dazugehörigen Parkgarage parken. Barbara hat uns dann alles gezeigt, und uns super wilkommen. Am tollsten war, das Sie einen Kuchen und Küchlein und Snacks im Appartement für uns hingestellt hat, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind. Da hat man sich fast gedacht man hätte Frühstück dazugebucht. Die Klippen und der Klippenküstenweg sind zu Fuß super schnell und einfach zu erreichen, sowie auch das Schloss und den Hafen kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Wir konnten unser Auto dann noch nach dem Check-Out geparkt lassen weil wir später gefahren sind. Also absolute Empfehlung!

Giacomo is very friendly and always answers the questions on time. The apartment is also cozy and has an ideal location. Definitely a place to recommend.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und erfüllt alle Wünsche für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Die ruhige Lage und der schöne Garten sind erholsam. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Tolle Wohnung etwas außerhalb aber mit den Fahrräder alles gut und schnell erreichbar. Super ausgestattet, problemloser Check in und out. Erica ist sehr freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

❤️ en Dank . Tolle Unterkunft- sehr sauber und ein klasse persönlicher Kontakt zu Valeria. Zudem hat Sie uns bei der Planung der Reise per Zug nach Venedig geholfen. Für uns von großem Vorteil war, das wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten und der Hundestrand nur 100 Meter entfernt war. Die Stadt Monfalcone ist leider sehr anschaulich- aber die Lage zu Triest / Koper oder Gradow - Venedig gut.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Vorort von Grado. Die Fahrräder (inklusive. 2 Schlösser) waren perfekt um über gute Fahrradwege in die Stadt zu kommen. Sogar für unsere Tochter (4 Jahre, 100 cm) war ein Fahrrad vorhanden, sowie ein Fahrrad mit Kindersitz für unseren 2-jährigen Sohn. An den Strand sind es zu Fuß durch ein kleines Gartentürchen nur 2 Minuten. Bäcker, Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Entfernung. Erica war sehr zuvorkommend und Dank dem vorab geschickten Video waren wir vor unserer Ankunft bereits bestens informiert.

Wir waren nun schon das 3. Kahr in Folge in der Unterkunft und sind nach wie vor begeistert... Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Abbiamo passato qualche giorno presso OasiMare per approfittare del primo sole stagionale e di un evento nel vicino campo sportivo. Tutto vicinissimo, abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto al nostro arrivo e non è stato più necessario spostarla. La casa pulita e luminosa completa di tutto cio che può servire, soprattutto in cucina. Molto apprezzabile la possibilità di usufruire, compresa nela quota appartamento, di un posto spiaggia, ombrellone e 2 lettini. Il balcone dà la possibilità di godere di un aperitivo serale o di una colazione. Giovanni gentilissimo e disponibile ci ha messi a nostro agio. Location perfetta, ci torneremo volentieri.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica nel appartamento di Saverio. L'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale, molto tranquilla, non molto distante dal mare (15 minuti a passo lento). A nostra disposizione c'era un posto auto recintato, le 3 piscine ( una per bimbi), il parco giochi sempre all'ombra e le biciclette. A distanza di 150 metri si trova un supermercato dove sì può fare la spesa. Sul ampio balcone si trovano uno sbraio e il tavolo dove si può cenare al fresco. Consigliatissimo!

Ottima posizione, appartamento confortevole e spazioso con tutto il necessario. Rilassante vista sulla laguna dal terrazzo. Completamene soddisfatti.

It was very great location and Fabiola was very helpful and kind host.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
