Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Frosinone

We stayed at the StePa house this weekend, Paola immediately turned out to be a very helpful and kind person. The apartment located in the residence la Ginestra is complete with every comfort, warm, cozy, very clean. We found everything a large family like mine needs, from two bathrooms, to the kitchen, to two very comfortable sofas in the living room to relax back from a day on the skis. I highly recommend StePa house. We will definitely be back

We felt at home, we had lots of cuddles: candy, coffee pods, candles, a bottle of wine on the table... in addition to all the other strictly necessary things. The house was well heated, well renovated, even the beds on the sofa were comfortable. The only thing about the fireplace we couldn't use because it was smoking... probably there was a problem with the flue that will set up.

We stayed at this property for 6 nights. Residence La Ginestra is a peaceful corner in the context of nature and tranquility. Great for families, it offers children's fun spaces like the beautiful playground in the pine forest. You can also access the equipped barbecue areas at the front desk. Francesca's house was functional to our needs. Beautiful view of the country from the living room window. The house is as shown in the photos, arranged on two floors and the staircase is closed by gates so even with small children we had no problems. Finally, thank you to Francesca for her willingness and extreme kindness in making our stay as delightful as possible. Great tips she gave us about places to visit and places to eat.

The accommodation is located in the old town of Pescasseroli . The place is fairytale and the house is perfect and stocked with everything. It's practically new and has all the comforts a family requires to feel at home. But everything is completed by the host Luciano and his daughter Veronica who are very kind and very welcoming. Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Fantastic stay in Abruzzo Park! The hosts went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and enjoyable, and the food was truly exceptional. It was a perfect escape for peace and relaxation, surrounded by wildlife and scenic trails. The dorms were exceptionally comfortable, and the whole house had a cozy, welcoming vibe and had puppies, so cute!! . Highly recommended!

It’s a peaceful place with lots of birds chirping around and an amazing view from the bedroom window. We loved the ability to dine in the garden and the proximity to Sperlonga beach.

Federica's accommodation is in a beautiful location in the heart of Pescasseroli and is equipped with any comfort it has been renovated with great care. You can see that it is a house lived with Love. I had a very good time

Lella’s place was a perfect solution for our group of four, with two medium dogs and a little baby. The villino I’m not huge but there was enough space for everyone and it was really well equipped. We loved the secluded garden for the dogs and the easy parking on the road. If visiting Pescasseroli again we will definitely be back! Grazie Signora Lella ♥️

We spent 4 days immersed in tranquility. Alessandra's apartment made our stay even more pleasant, we felt at home. Perfect location, convenient to start beautiful hikes. The house is well-kept, clean and equipped with every comfort, the terrace enjoys a beautiful view and it was magical to be able to enjoy this outdoor space for breakfast, lunches and aperitifs. Alessandra is kind, helpful and accurate. We'll be back!
