Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Forlì-Cesena

The accommodation was a house on the side of the mountain, several homes cohabited while having their privacy and their clean exterior. The accommodation was equipped with all the amenities described and everything was perfectly functional, our host even found us a large stove to cook more easily! The property benefits from private and shaded car spaces which is not insignificant. The swimming pool below has unobstructed views of the valley. Pratovecchio offers all the necessary shops usually open until 8 p.m. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Florence, Siena, and all the surrounding villages that all offer a convent, a castle, a vineyard, in short you will not get bored. Lucia and Denis were very friendly, courteous and willingly answered all our questions patiently from the first contact. Upon our arrival, in your house near Cesena, we were warmly welcomed by Lucia. She explained everything to us in detail and even provided a bottle of water in the fridge as a welcome. A few croissants for morning coffee were also prepared for us. The house itself impresses with its outstanding space, its very well-equipped kitchen, a very nice bright bathroom, the two bedrooms (both with air conditioning) one even with a walk-in closet and the very large terrace around the entire house. For a family of 4 people, it is completely sufficient. Lucia and Denis then introduced themselves in person in the evening. Both are really very warm, courteous, friendly and were always ready to help. For US, it's clear, WE will come back!

Beautiful house in the middle of the woods and in the cool, just what we were looking for to spend a few days with friends and family. House renovated and kept very well. Walk around without taking the car, and nice places to visit at a short distance

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and the location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

Paola was very kind. It was really like being at home! Comfortable, clean, quiet apartment equipped with every comfort. Paola also provided water, cookies, crackers, and coffee! And he also gave us a gift at the end of the holiday... really unexpected! ❤️

I am hesitant to post about this spot because I feel like Cervia is a hidden gem for anyone looking to travel anywhere near Bologna. We adored this town - the forest, the farm, the salt flats, the harbour, the beach, the seafood, and we happened to be in town for a huge festival so saw parades, archery etc. thanks to Alice's helpful suggestions. We enjoyed this so much. Also the smell of the garden was such a bonus. Gorgeous.

I found hospitality and helpfulness towards us. Wonderful breakfast. Anyone who has to go to those towns should go to Ilaria's, we had a great time.

Accommodation in a decentralized hamlet, but close to Faenza and excellent solution for those who want to visit the city on the occasion of the Palio or events such as Argillà

This is a wonderful place to stay and visit Cesena. The host thought of everything, with all the amenities well thought out! We arrived late due the train strike and canceled trains, but our host was helpful and flexible. The place is a very nice size and close to lots of great restaurants and things to do in the downtown core. Loved this stay! Would highly recommend.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again!
