We lived in the apartment in the basement for 2 days in October. An ideal place to relax with a large garden. The sea is easily accessible on foot.

Exceptional 6-day stay at Edoardo's with our two children. The setting is enchanting, peaceful atmosphere and relaxation. The pool is large, ideal temperature for hot summer days, full of animals that make young and old happy. Edoardo is very friendly and helpful, while being very respectful of the tranquility of his guests. The area is very nice, beautiful beaches 40 minutes away (there are some closer I think), superb Umbra forest, city of Monte Sant'Angelo to visit absolutely.

Anna is an amazing host! She gave us great advice of things to do in the area and is available all the time if you need anything. Highly recommended.

Very nice house, surrounded by olive trees. It is divided into multiple apartments, each with its own space abroad with table and gazebo. The apartment has everything you need. The location is convenient to reach the different beaches nearby and the center of Vieste by car. The hosts are friendly and helpful. They also make a pizza night with all the guests and I offer or the pizza cooked by them...fabulous

Great place, great host. It was very easy to communicate with Giulio, always responsive, and very helpful! The house was charming and right in the middle of the town. Parking was very comfortable right outside the ztl. WiFi was very strong and reliable in the house and on the terrace. Beautiful house and beautiful place

Perfect location for a family vacation in early October; two beaches within walking distance, empty around this time of year, very nice. By car in less than 1 hour in very many beautiful places in the national park. Very quiet estate, spacious. Kitchen a bit outdated, but functional and completely sufficient for us. Thank you, we will be happy to come back.

Clean and tidy place to stay

Great place to stay! A lovely little apartment in a quiet location with a large private terrace for outdoor dining and sunbathing ;) we are not very tall so the sloped ceiling did not bother us at all. Vieste region is generally so beautiful, much nicer than Sorrento! It takes around 25mins walk to get to the historic centre from the apartment. A smart TV (even a cheap one) would be a great addition for longer stays, to sometimes be able to watch a movie.

A place to remember, the view is sublime. The place is new, very clean, with a sense of detail, the bedding is good Alfredo was very welcoming , and always available for our questions and recommended us a great restaurant. I would recommend this address 100%

Mattinata is beautiful, Matteo's house is very nice , comfortable clean and strategically located near the center of 100 MT Our luck that Matteo's mom has the most beautiful Mattinata factory and in their restaurant you can eat divinely. Well...in short, better than that, it couldn't go

Emanuele is a present and considerate host, passionate about this land and his work. The house is a quiet harbor nestled among the olive trees, a place where it's easy to feel at home. The interior spaces are not very large, but functional. Kitchen is complete and nothing is missing. The outdoor veranda is the heart of the house, the perfect place to have an outdoor breakfast or a romantic dinner. Ideal for a couple, but also suitable for families (there were 4 of us). When we return to the Gargano we will definitely go to Emanuele.

If you want a helpful and communicative host AND a location that makes you feel as if you're living in a painting, book this place now! Fantastic communication, a well-equpped kitchen, comfy bed, good washer, fast and reliable internet, and a dreamy location--you can't go wrong booking this place! Note that you will need to do some uphill walking if you're here without a vehicle. This shouldn't deter you, but I should have trained for this before my arrival in Faeto, so learn from my mistake! If you're on the fence--trust me that waking up to the view from this place is worth the booking!

The place is new, it has everything you need and more! It's perfectly tidy, ultra clean, and in addition very well decorated. Luigi was great, he did me a favor me traveling by bike it was very convenient. They were both great, if you need they are there and will do the right thing for you . I would highly recommend this listing. With your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay in San Giovanni! The accommodation is excellently equipped and really ideal for a holiday with a dog – the entire property is completely fenced, which ensures absolute relaxation. The pool is very well maintained and invites you to cool off, and the beach volleyball court was a great extra for sports activities on site. The hostess is incredibly warm, helpful and always approachable – you immediately feel welcome. The location is quiet, but easily accessible, perfect for those seeking nature and relaxation. We will definitely be back!
