A great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. A large terrace surrounded by a beautiful and atmospheric garden. Beachfront property. Everyone will find what they like, rest in the shade of trees, or bathe in the sun on the beach. The apartment is tidy and very clean, and the host Francesco and his brother Leonardo are very helpful and friendly towards guests, we received a nice welcome gift. Very good contact long before arrival and after greeting, I felt like we'd known each other for a long time. On the day of checkout, we had a road collision, and Leonardo gave us his time and arrived at the scene of the incident. He took care of us until the police arrived and explained the matter, it took almost two hours. A place worth recommending and worth the price. If we ever come back to this area, I'll be sure to use this offer again.

Balm for the roadtrip soul. Unfortunately, we only planned to stay one night. Quiet, clean, the sea is tangible and wonderful. Pizzeria nido verde above the accommodation and delicious. Communication with Antonella was easy and good. Thank you for the wonderful time.

We stayed at the beautiful place for 7 days. We were received by Gianluca and Rita super friendly. We felt right at home. The apartment was very clean, was super equipped (more than you are used to from an apartment). If you thought "Ah , that would be good to have" it was there. Otherwise, you could contact Gianluca and within seconds the wish was granted. He went above and beyond, even took us to shop. That was super sweet. The view is breathtaking. The area is very very quiet. On the beach you were almost alone. Very pleasant. You can walk to the town in 15-20 minutes. There you could visit cute little restaurants. All around , even with our two dogs, it was perfect. The property is very pet-friendly. Our highlight was that after we asked Gianluca, we were allowed to pick figs from his garden. Indescribably delicious and an incredible holiday feeling!Glad to come back

The stay was more than pleasant, Annabella is an excellent host, for advice on places and activities, welcome with local products, availability for every service of the house (barbecue, fruit of its trees, bicycles, etc.). Highly recommended.

The place is very quiet and out of the way, unfortunately a little little storage space for five people (only a small closet) and the fridge is a bit small if you have to buy in stock. The nearest shops are in Vieste or Mattinata, about 35 minutes by car. All in all but very cozy and quiet.

On the doorstep of Villa Basso there is this sign: Deus nobis haec otia fecit, that is, God gave us these calm times. I think this sign is in perfect line with the listing. I spent the new year here in the Panoramic suite and I just can't find words for how amazing this place is for both location, comfort, and quiet immersion! The view is literally heavenly, like waking up in another world. The proximity of the sea and the mountains is in line with the tranquility and prestigious position of the villa, away from the busy road the perfect extension of the landscape. The host Maria Grazia is amazing, she paid attention to every detail: she welcomed me with olive oil and delicious local sweets. Everything in the suite is real, not only the appearance of nobility, but noble! The pictures, the tiles, the furniture are all sorted with amazing care. The olive grove in front of Villa Basso is breathtaking! I'll be back for sure!

Sabine’s place was a comfortable spot to spend our time in northern Puglia. The house is high on a hill, the patio offers great views and it had clean rooms with comfortable beds. The surrounding hills are almost semi-desert and the contrast with the sea is beautiful. You should note that the house doesn’t have access to drinking water but Sabine provides several large bottles to get you started. The kitchen was stocked with all the implements you needed to make dinner. We drove up into the national forest, along the coast and into the town of Vieste. You can take a tour of the many grottoes from Vieste and it looked like fun. There are a couple of restaurants very near and a small grocery store about 10 minutes away. We visited in Oct so the beaches were very quiet but in the summer, I think traffic might be congested.

The apartment is very nice and corresponds exactly to the pictures. Luca is a superhost, whether looking for a beach or restaurant reservations, he was ready for everything and always responded quickly, plus he's very nice and flexible. Luca also tried to get us a garden parking space. If none were available, there are very cheap paid parking spaces at €5 per day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Manfredonia!

Beautiful apartment - even better than the photos . It’s amazing what Giulio has done with the space while using nice finishes. Great view terrace. We had a great time and would stay here again. Grazie mille Giulio!
