Waterfront holiday rentals in Province of Cosenza

We stayed at this beautiful apartment with my family for a week. We were surprised by the first contact we had with the owner of the property always available and with clear directions. We felt really comfortable as if we were family,the area is quiet and overlooks a beautiful sea, parking is always available and there are many restaurants and many activities within walking distance. I can only recommend and congratulate Mattia and her father two great people and wish all the best. We will definitely be back

Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

Studio for two people on the second floor of a building overlooking the sea. At check-in, we were welcomed by Chiara's mother, a friendly and kind lady who explained some things to us. We also took our 11-year-old dog on vacation who enjoyed the proximity to the beach having difficulty walking. Outside the building there is also a space equipped with a pump where we were able to wash the dog when we returned from the beach. Guaranteed parking space inside this condominium space that is accessed with an automatic gate. We'll definitely be back ☺️

We stayed at this place in August, we had a great time. Anna is a very kind person and very helpful, she satisfied our every request. The accommodation matches the description perfectly, there is nothing missing, panoramic location and very cool and ventilated. Very close to the sea , quiet area and reserved parking space. Recommended.

Really nice place in the heart of Diamante! Upon arrival we found the environment clean, tidy, and well-stocked. The location is perfect: you can easily reach every point of interest on foot. Fabrizio was very kind and always available. Highly recommended!

Vittoria's apartment is comfortable and very clean, cared for in every detail, nothing is left to chance and the feeling is that the host has put himself in the tourist's shoes wondering what he may need in every corner of the house. The care for our dog is also very welcome... they left us kennel, bowls, crossroads and tasty biscuits. The location is on the third floor so you have to bring suitcases for the stairs, but this is clearly indicated in the listing. I recommend everyone to stay at Victoria's.

The apartment is equipped with every utility, well furnished and charming. Superlative sea view. The host welcomed us with all the useful information. Marina di Fuscaldo is a small town but it pleasantly surprised us

Cozy apartment, very kind host. The only downside, at least for the time I went (November) is the location, far from almost everything and a dark street. The rest is all good.

We were allowed to spend a week in this beautiful villa The view of the lake is incredibly beautiful. The owners and Antonio who took over the check-in were always approachable and gave us great tips on beaches restaurants, etc. Kind regards, König's family

The appartament is cute and spacious enough for a few people. It was very clean and the host was warm and welcoming. The view is fantastic and the balcony is relaxing. I enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

Fantastic experience. House beyond expectations... a villa in the quietest area of Praia a Mare and close to the most beautiful beaches... The house is beautiful. Very spacious, equipped with all the comforts. Very comfortable beds. Spacious and clean bathrooms. Very spacious bedrooms. Despite the period, the heat was not affected by the period because the house is very cool. Large living room with terrace with beautiful sea view. Parking lot in the cool. Large garden and plenty of relaxation space. Impeccable cleanliness. Great communication with Francesca and check-in that makes you feel right at home. I really recommend it to everyone. Impeccable cleanliness, sheets and towels included and quality, kitchen equipped with everything you need and even more (there is also a dishwasher), perfect rooms for a family. Having 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and the other without) is a plus, not considering the outdoor shower (hot). The house is equipped with solar panels, during the day you can use the energy without thinking of extra costs. The location is very good, in the middle of the small village, facing the sea. Next to the street, on the other side of the street, there is a great restaurant/pizzeria. The beach in front of the house is free and very large, the owners leave an umbrella and two sunbeds available for guests, to be taken down daily. Beautiful and very clean sea. The pool was the highlight of the house. It is ideal for days when the wind is too strong and the sea is too agitated, you can enjoy the sun and bathe in tranquility. Very kind owners, who leave nothing to chance!!

We loved our stay. Everything was well appointed and very clean. We come every year but our old apt is no longer being rented. We feel happy we found Rocvo's apt and we hope to return next year.

The host (who is actually Sonia and not Pasquale) was impeccable and helpful. The apartment is small but comfortable for three people. Unfortunately, the bathroom is not equipped with a bidet, an accessory that we are not used to giving up, while understanding that the space really did not allow it. Great cleanliness and quality of furnishings and amenities. The location is strategic halfway between the famous castle and the center of the village.
