Alessandro is a super helpful, friendly and very responsive host. The apartment is easy to find, clean and equipped with any comfort: kettle, coffee maker, herbal teas, pots and dishes. Suitable for both short and long stays. Close to the slopes of Monte Pratello and other villages in the area. Super super recommended!

Anna is a delightful person. Upon our arrival, he welcomed us warmly, giving us useful information for the management of the house and offering us an abundant breakfast basket. Towards the end of the vacation, he also offered us very good Ortonian sweets. She has always been very active in communication, never making us find it difficult for something. The house was delivered to us very clean and fragrant, with a kitchen equipped with everything you need and in perfect condition. Comfortable beds and really clean bathroom. The house has always been pleasantly cool. The highlight of the apartment is the presence of private parking and the area is absolutely quiet and quiet, as well as strategic: in a few minutes on foot you are in the center. I highly recommend your apartment!

Mansard on the second floor, very quiet and with all the comforts, close to the beach and the centre. Giovanni left many things to eat and was uniquely kind in coming to pick us up at the station and with flexible hours. The experience is to be repeated

The stay at Casa Gabbiano has been one of the most beautiful since my husband and I travel. Maria and her partner welcomed us by waiting for us until late at night as the traffic slowed our trip. We found nice people available and very kind. The extremely clean house furnished with a bright, quiet taste, equipped with every need. Very comfortable to visit the area easily. As a welcome, delicious typical sweets in addition to the necessary to prepare a breakfast and a plate of pasta for the evening. Maria is a discreet host and at the same time extremely helpful, always ready to respond to my messages requesting information. I thank Maria and also her very nice mother whom we had the pleasure of meeting. Being able to have a direct relationship with the host,from my point of view, is always a pleasant experience. The overflow coast that we visited or a truly magical atmosphere deserves! Thank you

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

Wonderful place in the middle of an olive grove. Quiet and cool even in August. Beautiful view! Close to restaurants, beaches and villages to visit. Apartment kept super clean by Rita who took care of us on arrival and departure, gave us good advice on beaches and was always available! Thanks Rita! You're awesome!

Domenico's home is lovely! The view from the garden of the sun setting across the fields is magnificent! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook, they have thought of everything! They even left nice little touches which were very kind, for example, i had my dog with me and it was a hot day and they put a bowl of water out for her upon arrival and one for me in the fridge, so so thoughtful and caring, thank you! The home is clean and the garden is gorgeous! It is in a really peaceful area with supermarkets a five mins drive away. I recommend this place, to any other solo female travellers, this place is safe and the hosts are lovely! They also have aircon in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms and they have mosquito nets too. The place is clearly loved and looked after. Thank you both so much! :)

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as check-out. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly near the entrance door, so very convenient. We loved everything and will definitely be back. I loved Lorenzo’s place it was perfect for my short stay in Chieti and central to everything I needed. Lorenzo met me in town and walked me to the accomodation which helped me feel welcomed and settled. The place itself was amazing, historical and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The stay was perfect, the house is very bright, very quiet and super clean. The view from the bedroom is lovely. The owners, Enzo and Rina, welcomed us in the best way and were available throughout the stay, supporting us and recommending us. In the pantry there was even everything you need to be able to cook a nice plate of pasta even if we couldn't shop right away. Both the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need. The location is great for those who want to take a wonderful walk in the oasis of Punta Penna. Highly recommended for those who want peace and tranquility with all the comforts of home.

Fede was a fantastic host. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect for our long weekend. Would definitely recommend if you want to spend time in a traditional Italian town. 20 mins to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and bars and with stunning views in the town of the Italian countryside. We stayed in Marina di San Vito for a week. The apartment is located a few steps from the sea, cross the street, go down a few steps and you can immediately find the beautiful beach of Turino and the view of the overflow. The apartment is a gem! Clean, tidy, with many calls to the sea and the holiday theme. The bathroom is very spacious, as well as the kitchen and bedroom. You can also enjoy a small outdoor patio, most of the time shaded and ventilated, equipped with an outdoor shower and a coffee table where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner or just relax. Great location near the center of Marina di San Vito where you can eat in typical seafood restaurants. We also had the opportunity to use the bikes made available by the owner. Going down the steps to go to the sea is the beautiful 40 km long "Via Verde" bike path that connects Ortona to Vasto. Absolutely a great experience to try. We'll be back!

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

Beautiful location close to the beautiful and interesting town of Vasto and all the main amenities, a beautiful garden communicating with the sea. Beautiful terrace where you can eat and admire the coast and the overflow. Very kind and helpful hosts. We hope to be back!

As described, the apartment is located directly in the first row by the sea, separated only by a bicycle path and a narrow dune strip from the beautiful long sandy beach. From the apartment you have direct and unobstructed sea views! The surrounding area (Marina de Vasto) is a quiet residential area. There are several shopping opportunities minutes away by car. The place Vasto with a historic town center is very nice with wonderful views of the bay. Vasto is a few minutes drive uphill over Marina de Vasto. The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Everything is renovated and excellently maintained. Everything you could ever need is there. The apartment has air conditioning that can also heat, for us in November/December a bit impractical as only the entire apartment can be heated or chilled, but certainly no problem in other seasons with mild weather. Great are the parking spaces right next to the house and the beautiful sea view from the balcony of the kitchen. Paolo is a great host, he is always available, takes care of everything and gives lots of information and tips. We were welcomed personally and warmly. Upon arrival, there was an initial supply of some food, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt very comfortable. We'll be back!

Fantastic location for experiencing town with crazy delicious award-winning gelateria, right up the street, just past the steps. Worth returning for that alone! Wifi was fast and reliable. The TV is located in the very spacious bedroom. Water pressure was great for rinsing conditioner out of my long hair and I can't always say that. There are bottles of aroma therapy reed diffusers in the home. The bed was super comfortable for us; I prefer soft whereas my hubby prefers firm. If you have children, there are toys and games available. Pay parking was available on the street and free parking just down the road and we had no probems finding a place. Unfortunately, the clothes washer area was locked off and we were told it wasn't working. Highly recommend for short ot long stay.

Sebastiano is a very helpful host, he recommended several places to have dinner as well as taking us to the beach the first day recommending a convenient street. The house has just been refurbished and offers all kinds of comforts. Located in the countryside, it is still very close to the sea. It's definitely a place I'd love to come back to.
