Beautiful and spacious house with ample outdoor space. Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. Ask them for valuable directions to be able to appreciate a region with so much to see but with few services dedicated to the tourist.

Second time at Giulivo and it's a guarantee ! Antonio was very kind on the day of arrival and only in the evening we noticed that the TV did not see any channels , he immediately made himself available and solved the problem .

I stayed in this accommodation for work reasons,the best place to relax and feel at home,if not better,after a long and strenuous work day, the very nice host,polite as few people now, has always made the most with the BnB,and with the tenant in order to ensure maximum comfort, it was a treat for a tiring trip PS. I come from another place,with a bad experience, Martina had a detail given my experience,host sensitive to the client's particular needs, I will definitely be back!

The place is very large and clean. The bathrooms are new and the rooms are spacious. There is no mosquito nets, please equip yourself with vape and the like. The location is great, you are on the beach. All the staff, reception, lifeguards, green workers and maintenance workers, bars and animators are kind and helpful. If you are a large family and think about eating at home, I would like to point out that the kitchen equipment is quite basic but you will have a fantastic washing machine. Convenient and neighboring shops. Clean sea with sandy beach that degrades slowly, suitable for children. Very attentive lifeguards.

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. Luca was very responsive, the house was great. We were a big group, and had place for all of us. We enjoyed the fire place, the clean and big kitchen.

This rental worked out well for my family while we visited from the US. The house is in a peaceful, quiet, and private area. We did our research on the area and we knew this was in the country and not walkable. You really need a car if you’re going to stay here. This isn’t a negative in my opinion, just want other renters to be aware. The host was very kind and responsive. We would stay here again.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review. This was simply the best air bnb I have ever stayed at. Umberto and Clelia are beyond thoughtful! The house was amazingly provisioned from a fully stocked fridge and kitchen on arrival to beautiful rooms with individual toiletry packs and dressing gowns! There were several places to sit outside to eat or relax. My children loved the table tennis and the pool. Umberto and Clelia were marvellous hosts. They brought pastries every day and Clelia was kind enough to cook dinner twice! They were exceedingly helpful in advising where to visit, what to see and how to get there, even looking up train times and escorting us to the station to make sure we caught the correct train to Naples. They offered to organise guides for Pompeii and make dinner reservations also. I have never experienced this level of kindness and generosity from hosts before and I cannot recommend their home highly enough! Thankyou once again.
