Beachfront holiday rental in Province of Barletta-Andria-Trani

A very nice apartment in a well-kept condominium, facing the sea. Out of the confusion of the city but really within walking distance of the historic center and the castle. Very friendly and helpful host. Everything is perfect!

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

This is a first for us in this specific area in Italy and we are leaving this beautiful city that is Marguerita Di Savoia with wonderful memories that will go with us to new discoveries. A big thank you to Rita for hosting us and for a very comfortable stay. The apartment is spacious, it can be easily found as well as with a very clean and easy to use walk-in shower, accompanied by remarkable tranquility and calm, all thanks to the triple glazing of the windows. The WiFi network is excellent in turn. A very spacious kitchen also with everything you need, in addition Rita was kind enough to offer very cold drinks as well as ripe fruit, olive oil, and salt that was specially produced in this city, so you will notice from the proximity of the city of the salt flats that are impressive to observe. We were very pleasantly surprised❤️. A very pleasant Italian family stay!!!

Easter weekends with our girls, we stayed in this apartment for a couple of days. Quiet apartment, fully equipped with very comfortable beds. We had a good time.

Perfect house for a relaxing weekend by the sea, wonderful nearby beach and easily reachable on foot. The garden is an added value, where even dogs can enjoy the holiday. Giuseppe was very helpful and kind. We'll be back!

What a fantastic place! We absolutely loved staying here. The place had everything we needed. The pool was a big bonus and the family were very kind and whenever we wanted to use it they would give us privacy. Angela was very accommodating and super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in this area.

Really great stay, higher than expected. The apartment is very clean and functional, there is everything you need, including a washer/dryer, and has all the charm of the historic center. To get around on foot it is ideal, it is close to everything, from places of historical and artistic interest, to the Castle, to the sea, to clubs and restaurants of all kinds, supermarkets, banks, post office... A special mention for the hospitality: the kindness and availability of the hosts gave that extra touch that makes a really special stay. Thank you for everything, definitely a great point of reference in Barletta, which I highly recommend

Small but nice, clean, good location to reach the beach, the historic center, the station, shops, walking market. I would say that it has everything you need to have a great holiday! The very helpful lady is kind!

A cosy place on top location in the heart of the old town few steps from main attractions, beach, and excellent restaurants. Nice terrace and balcony. Francesco is a great host!

We were in Barletta to visit our son who was working there, and the location in the Historic Center was perfect for us. It is an easy walk to the beach, the open market, and the historic sights. Rosalia and her daughter met us, and between her daughter's English and Google Translate we were able to communicate quite well. This apartment was pristine – actually spotless! We felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. The bottle of chilled water and the bowl of candy were especially appreciated touches. . Quality hot showers, lot of towels, excellent bedding. The kitchens were very well equipped with everything we needed to have a nice lunch up on the lovely rooftop patio with all of the yummy stuff we purchased at the market. Note: There is a flight of very steep stairs to get into the apartment. Not a problem for us, but it could be a problem if you have mobility issues. We had a comfortable, wonderful stay in Barletta, and I highly recommend Maison Brancaleone!!

This place is very special. It is located in the historical part of the city so you walk around and enjoy beautiful surroundings. The house is very old so you get pretty cool experience living in it. It has 3 levels, plenty of space and beds and well maintained. Even though it's old , you have everything you may need in modern life. All the supplies and equipment are there. Walking distance to the sea. Cesare is very nice host, friendly, always responsive and helpful. Unforgettable experience. Thank you, Cesare.

Dream location for those looking for tranquility but without being far from the city or the most popular beaches. Having the opportunity to dine by candlelight, under a starry sky and the sound of the sea... reading a book, playing cards without the hassle of crowded beaches... for those who need relaxation and love nature it is perfection. We really appreciated the willingness to accept our two dogs who had all the space they needed to enjoy their beach vacation too. The host is very helpful and attentive to details! Very clean apartment, practically new. Very helpful and friendly host. Recommended for short stays for two and visits to nearby cities. Station and historic center about 15 min walk; free beach not even 5 min walk away.

Easy to walk through town or down to the sea. Great coffee bar around the corner. Behind the cathedral was a great spot for lunch or dinner at Lupo de Mare.
