This was exactly how it was described on the website. It was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed for our visit. Reina was there to greet us and show us the home once we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of room for more than just the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to walk to get fresh air and exercise. We saw many neighbors walking their dogs. I will stay here again.

My family & I had a fantastic stay at Richard's beautiful home. The place is warm, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Richard is an amazing host! Communicative, friendly and incredibly welcoming. He went above and beyond by kindly allowing us an early arrival and late departure, which made our trip even more convenient and stress-free. When we hit a snowstorm, Richard was kind enough to leave salt& shovel, ensuring we had everything we needed to stay safe. From start to finish, everything was smooth, and well organised . HIGHLY recommend & would love to stay here again!

This is definitely one of the nicest AB&Bs I've stayed in. Incredibly clean. Quiet. Has everything. Impeccably decorated and put together. I actually wished were there longer. If you need to stay in this area don't hesitate.

Great air b and b. Perfect for anyone visiting your kids at Brown. Walkable to the school. A very pretty area - parking space is extra helpful. ( ps - Very close to the Brown lacrosse fields. ) Beds comfy. You have 3 rooms / one for sitting. And two bedrooms for sleeping. Both are a good size bedrooms. Sitting area has keurig / small fridge / toaster / and tea kettle. All the Basics. Yes - there are a bunch of stairs to get up to third floor. But it’s not bad. ( good exercise was my thought ) I would Definitely would stay again ! Host was very responsive.

It was a really great place to stay. Nice and spacious. Really comfy feel. I will rebook this again in the future. One thing that the host couldn’t control is tight parking if you have large vehicle.

We enjoyed every minute of our time at Kayde’s property. Not only did she accommodate us late at night when our original Airbnb didn’t work out as planned, but the space was clean and perfect and the restaurant recommendation she gave us for the restaurant her family owns was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We are so appreciative our girls’ weekend turned out the way it did because of Kayde.

This was my second stay at Susan's place, and it was terrific! The place is clean, well-decorated and well-equipped. The bed is super-comfy. Susan responded quickly in her communications. The place has a great location! It's within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, a bagel shop, a bakery with delicious baked goods and a grocery store. I will definitely be booking again when I am back in Providence.

Great location. Walkable, safe & friendly neighborhood with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. Lots of space. The Air B&B looked just like the pictures online: cute, kitschy & well maintained. I would highly recommend Martha’s place if you are looking for a place to stay in the Federal Hill area. Located on a quiet street too. We all slept great. Very little to no street noise. Must be okay with a third story walk up. We greatly appreciate the breakfast supplies too! Many thoughtful touches throughout the apartment.

The place was just as pictured! Also (and very important to me), it was so clean. Other reviewers had mentioned this, and it is true. You could tell that care was taken. The kitchen was amazing. Although we didn't cook this trip, we certainly could have. It had everything we needed. Waleed was very responsive before and during our stay, even making recommendations when requested. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment is also very convenient to the highways, which was important because we had two beautiful beach days. Ernest is a model host and everything about this was easy, from the first email reserving the unit to the most recent email closing out our 3-day visit. What everyone says about him and his apartment is spot on. Enjoy Providence!

As always had a wonderful stay at Danny's. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and the location is amazing-close to eveverything, Providence is a quick 10 min drive. Host is very responsive. Place is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great visit to see our son at providence! One of the cleanest airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. So much thought given to little extras ie phone chargers everywhere, ice machine, make up towels, among others!! Will definitely stay here again our next visit to PC! Ryan also accommodated a late check out. Go Friars!!

Host was extremely responsive and accurate location was peaceful. and pretty. home was spotless and well decorated. the people living above us during were respectful and allowed my gf and I to have our privacy

The place was just as described, nice and clean. The couch/futon isn’t very comfortable, but that didn’t matter much. The beds are comfortable! Kitchen had all we needed. The coffee pot is quite small but was sufficient for the 2 of us. No extras like toiletries or any kind of snacks/beverages, but we didn’t expect that. It was a good deal. Didn’t need to do much at all for check out (at least I hope we didn’t miss more instructions somewhere!). We didn’t end up needing anything from the host while we were there.
