Very peaceful accommodation, beach within walking distance, convenience store and restaurants nearby. It is very hot in the accommodation during the day, the 2 fans were appreciated. Self check-in and checkout with very simple and quick lockbox, clear explanations. We had a great time at this place for two:)

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

My boyfriend and I had an indescribably lovely time staying with David and Virginie. The place is stunning. Actually even nicer than in the photos. The terrace and sea view are unique. From the inside, it is clean and very tasteful and cozy. David and Virginia are very friendly and personable. They live above but work during the day and are also very discreet. Le pradet is a quiet and very picturesque place, but you can find everything you could ever need. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful place to stay! The large pool, which is only used by a few people, was right outside the door and there were lots of cozy seating! The apartment fits the chill flair of the beaches of Hyeres. The landlords were helpful and very likeable! If you are looking for something very quiet, you could disturb the street and the airport. It didn't bother us at all. The beach is within walking distance and in a few minutes you are by car at the port of Hyeres. Clear recommendation!

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

We had a lovely week at Jacqueline and Daniel's. They are very attentive, always give good advice and are very responsive. The house, the terrace, the pool, the grounds, everything is beautiful and conducive to rest. A vacation as we had dreamed of, under a beautiful sun.

Me and my wife booked this amazing and memorable villa with our children and grandchildren. It's not often you get touched and experience a stay much better than I expected. The support from Marie-Laure and Barbara was above and beyond in every way and it was a delight and a security to feel so well taken care of. Everything in the house was great, fresh and kept very high level - pool, view, terrace with sun loungers, patio with its own grill, kitchen and the entire home in general, there was absolutely nothing missing. We recommend the accommodation with its proximity to the sea, the surroundings and ferry to Saint-Tropez. Even the nearby restaurants were good class. Marc and his wife were very welcoming, available, with nice little touches for my daughter. We had a great time, the accommodation is in a great location, we did almost everything on foot. Our best location in Sète, a city we often practice my children and I ~ is a cape, the most advanced on the seafront Corniche district (or even the most advanced in the whole city ...) ~ ideal (swimming, coves beaches, rocks and other undisclosed😊) Sun the whole stay a chance, our host of formidable, caring ~ human efficiency. We had a great time. The accommodation was very comfortable, quiet and in a good location. the garden is very nice. and it is convenient to be able to park your car. Marie Paule and her husband are very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place if you would like to have a great stay and recharge your batteries

Thanks to Brigitte and Franco for this wonderful stay in a wonderful place. Brigitte and Franco are a rare kindness. The place is perfect, functional and getting up every morning with the sea view it's just great. The Esterel trails are a stone's throw away and we enjoyed cycling, trail running, hiking and lazing with the beautiful coves close to the accommodation. A wonderful place where the living is good. Don't hesitate and go for it! A place that we recommend 200%. We won't be disappointed. We're waiting for one thing, to be able to come back soon.

We felt comfortable. Two apartment keys were provided, which was sometimes very helpful. The apartment was handed over to us clean and is modernly furnished. It may be important for German vacationers. There is a normal filter coffee machine available. A tiny shortcoming: the number of outlets is manageable. It can't hurt to bring a multiple outlet.

Awesome place! There were 6 of us during Christmas week. We "enjoyed" the calm, the sun, the view, the walks on the peninsula, Hyères les palmiers and Monaco, the wines produced by Stéphane our host, the wind that blew more than 80 km away and the bright waves on the terrace for the first 2 days, billiards,... Well-equipped kitchen for cooking! The small gate of the terrace is 50cm from the sea! It allows you to go swimming or paddleboard directly or take the coastal path that passes right in front of the terrace or to have your coffee with your feet in the water;) Stéphane is helpful, attentive, good advice, excellent winemaker and caring!

We had a wonderful family day at Christophe's! The house is superb and the amenities are excellent. The beach is close to the house, it's a real joy! We will come back for more time to enjoy the house and surroundings to the fullest. We look forward to seeing you again
