This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Villa by the sea

Villa set back from the Corniche, completely renovated by an architect, with magnificent sea views. Large volumes, very bright, located 50 m from the big blue (direct access by stairs), it overlooks a small terraced garden. Large terrace facing the sea. Parking is available directly in front of the house to load your vehicle, and a few meters away for long-term parking (free). During school holidays, weekly bookings are given priority.

Independent beachfront studio – La Bressière

Charming studio located on the Cassis Peninsula, facing Cap Canaille with direct private sea access. Enjoy direct access to the coves on foot, independent access with bright path, several sea view spaces at your disposal: seawater swimming pool, terrace with outdoor lounge, petanque court, solarium feet in the water, hammock, barbecue... The studio has a beautiful 25 m2 room, a separate fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom.
