This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

THE NEAREST RESTAURANT IS ABOUT 1 km, AND SHOPS, POST OFFICE, CLINIC, MARKET, BEACH, BUS STATION ARE LOCATED IN BAŠKA VODA, 1.5 km FROM THE FACILITY.

Situated on the top of the Petrovac hill, overlooking a beautiful bay, surroundings and the island of Hvar, Villa Bifora was originally built by the noble family Didolić, with the purpose to serve as a place for the gentry to relax and unwind. It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

Just a few minutes walking distances to the main square but still situated in a quiet neighborhood.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

Casa Mola is a house located in an olive grove 1.5 km away from Sumartin, a place where you have complete privacy, peace and quiet, and you are only a few minutes' drive away from the center of the town and beautiful beaches. Hot water and electricity are powered by solar panels. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.
