I don't even know her to begin. this house is absolutely beautiful. there are five extremely large bedrooms, with each having its own large bathroom. the kitchen is a chefs dream. there is a cute courtyard in the center of the house & a side yard w/ pool. we felt very safe here, as it has a tall wall & security gates. across the street is a mall. the entrance is about a 1.5 minute walk, but don't worry about noise or traffic at all. there is a pharmacy/convenience store just around the corner. Juan, the house manager, lives on site so he is always available. He is a super friendly man! the owners were very communicative & gave helpful info ahead of time, even suggesting that we place our grocery delivery order from walmart. we had our groceries delivered the morning we arrived. Juan received them & put them away for us. we 100% WILL be back!!!!! this was our 1st trip to merida for all 10 of us & fell in love with the city & this AirBnb.

I-N-C-R-E-I-B-L-E, there are no other words to describe this paradise. The house has a beautiful view, has everything you need, it is impeccable in terms of cleanliness; the house is even better than the photos. And Jorge has spectacular attention, looking for you to feel at home and at ease. There are no words to describe how beautiful we enjoyed these days with my mom and sister.

Enjoyed our stay. Great access to the beach. Lovely space. Beautiful rooftop view of ocean. No fault of property but limited restaurants near by and must have car. Taxi and Uber very limited.

Villa Octavia worked out great for us. It is quite big, has a different vibe in each space and is really nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool a lot and had a great time. The location is not too far from good restaurants, so we could just walk over. There is a small shop for conveniences like snacks and drinks nearby. Getting uber was easy too. Hosting is managed by a company and they were really responsive to our needs and questions. Overall a great villa to enjoy if you have a big group.

Great place great back yard. Everything you’ll need just a little far from centro and a oxxo. Side note: Ubers are pretty responsive but even though it’s close to airport account for traffic.

Excellent villa, very nice and quiet. Charito was attentive to our questions all the time.

Daniela and Aurto were very responsive. Their place was as described. Walking distance to a super market and gym. Easy to call an uber to get around.

Muriel’s home is a beautiful paradise! The house is very spacious. Loved the big kitchen. It has all the essentials to cook a meal. My family and I enjoyed every space. Each room has its private shower/bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool/lounge area. The home is walking distance to El Centro and restaurants (10-15 min walk). It’s very safe to walk. Locals are really friendly too. Thank you Muriel for sharing your beautiful home and we would definitely stay at your home again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Caro. The house and cabanas are spacious and beautifully decorated. The service was great and the food delicious: Luis, Karla and Gilda were very caring and helpful. The host was very accomodated and respond quickly to questions. Everything was perfect as it seems on line!

We loved our stay here! The home is beautiful! Better than the photos! The lap pool water was warm and the backyard was a lovely outdoor oasis. Great location!

My family and I had a great time here. the home is beautiful and the location was perfect for us. Landy was a wonderful cook and made us some of the most delicious meals that we had on our trip. Stunning architecture, unique layout and design! Just keep in mind that there’s no air conditioning in the main part of the house. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked perfectly! The rain shower and sunken tub are spectacular. Cecillia was incredibly responsive to us, helped us fix a little issue on our check-in, and sent us great recommendations for local restaurants!

Amazing place. Laura was in communication with us at all times and personally greeted us on our arrival. The place has all the amenities that are published, and reality exceeds what is shown in the photos: it is even nicer in person. The stay was very quiet, ideal for resting. Everything from the kitchen and air conditioning to the pool was in great condition and have amenities to be comfortable on the beach such as chairs, ice maker, etc. The beach is relatively close; walking with a lot of things can be somewhat tired, but the distance is not excessive. Even so, I would recommend renting a car for greater comfort, especially because from the airport to the house there is approximately 45 minutes drive. Having a car makes everything more practical during the stay. The beach is excellent and very quiet, without many people. AN EXCELLENT AIRBNB THAT I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK!

The house complies with the listing Easy to get to and with enough privacy and without a lot of noise in the area even though in the house next door they are working, the stay was always very quiet We didn't have any problems it's quite spacious and comfortable I would definitely come back

Casa Azul is absolutely incredible! I highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity. The house is beautiful and the outdoor space and pool are amazing.

Great house. We were there in low season, May, so very quiet, which we preferred. The house is well equipped (but no scissors in kitchen). Private beach is great. Caretakers on site, so very safe. Could do with a little upgrade. Some paint, bedside table lamps and the sun loungers need some repainting/replacing. The beds are queens/doubles (+/- 1.40m (140 CM) wide) so I would not stay here with 12 people, unless there are loads of kids who can share a bed. I think 4 adults sharing per bedroom would be stretching it. We were only 3 adults, so all own bathroom which is great. No aircon in main living space, but with windows open on both sides and the ceiling vans you get enough draft through. Bedrooms all have aircon + ceiling van. Works a charm. We loved it as it was quiet and big ! Enjoyed the new smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV for late night movie night.

Fantastic stay! The place is beautiful - the pictures don’t do its justice. Location is excellent - no more than 10-13 mins walk to historic part of town, the Main Street, any other sights and a selection of excellent restaurants.

What an amazing property! I felt like our 2 families were in a small palace for nights. The pools, the sitting areas...nothing overlooked here! So well thought-out and carefully designed. I would return in a heartbeat. Very dreamy slice of heaven.

Casa Wajus is nothing but a piece of paradise!!! Patricia our host was wonderful, she communicated in a friendly and respectful manner and quick to respond. My family and I loved it!!!!
