If I could give a 10 star recommendation I certainly would! everything about this Casa is Class, clean comfortable and welcoming… everything about it is screams HOME to us. So much so that we are going to come back next year for two weeks instead of 10 days. The on-site Host Bathurst, was a delight and helpful., and very knowledgeable about the area. He gets the ten star rating also🌟

Miguel was extremely attentive and took care of us with any questions we had. He is an amazing host and i greatly recommend this stay. House is a block away from the beach and like 2 blocks from a convenience store. Port progreso is in a 15 min drive and everything is close by. Would definitely stay again!

Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It is very well located, where you feel you will find peace. It is beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's attention to the house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives you peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

Vanne is an excellent host at all times attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and an excellent beach location. The very nice beach can be put in one without worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention a luxury of a clear person that we will return. I felt right at home. Thank you very much

We had an amazing stay at Juan Pablo’s Airbnb! The house was in an excellent location—just a couple of blocks from the beach and a short walk to downtown, where we found great restaurants and even a nice beachside spot we loved. The area is very friendly and welcoming, and at no point did we ever feel unsafe. Juan Pablo was an exceptional host—always attentive and making sure everything was perfect. He stayed on top of everything, from keeping the pool clean to providing fresh linens. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this area, and we highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Juan Pablo!

Very nice quiet place to rest and be with your family. Everything is very clean and comfortable, in addition to having a card for access to Playa club. The communication from the beginning was very clear and I was always aware of my questions for messages.

Excellent location, the house is like the photos, there is privacy, my family was fascinated, communication with Jorge was good, I would definitely return.

The place is amazing, much better than the ad. Super private and excellent for a couple's trip. Quiet environment and it is important that you bring a car to go to the center and beaches.

The house is very nice, very well furnished both in furniture and kitchen utensils, tastefully decorated and very much in keeping with the place. The view is beautiful with the sea in front, a private place without crowds and quiet.

Ignacio is a super host , pending and kind, resolving doubts and being very attentive to any requested specification. The apartment is undoubtedly a great place to live with, with all the amenities and equipment working perfectly. They even have details such as chairs and beach umbrella, lots of towels for all use . Regarding the complex, I think that the common space and pool are somewhat small especially if all the dptos are occupied at the same time, or if there are small ones in the family it could be complicated that everyone lives in the same space. The rooftop is beautiful and very complete for meeting, table chairs, hammocks, swings and so on in super nice conditions. Just as an extra, the bathrooms were not as clean or I don't know how often they were cleaned, but I couldn't occupy them the night I decided to meet on the terrace. Those common areas are not the responsibility of Ignacio, if so they would have been perfect, safe

I loved the space! Very comfortable for a couple's visit because of its privacy! Also excellent and safe for our pets. Very well-equipped kitchen and very clear instructions!

The photos do not do the house justice! yes, it is a rustic but divine house!! excellent decor, safe place to sleep, the ocean front pool area is fabulous. We will definitely return. It's worth mentioning that it looks like they just had full maintenance on the house because it looked freshly painted.

Gratitude to the hosts for sharing this stunning home with others - it is a slice of paradise and just like the photos. What better holiday can one ask for then to wake up, step outside your doorstep and into the ocean for a swim? Expect privacy as the beach, although public, has very few visitors. Spacious for 3 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook including a drip coffee maker, french press, purified water cooler, some coffee, tea, seasonings, extra-virgin olive oil and vinegars. The lounge area has reclining seats and a large TV with Netflix for late-night binges. Chelem is a quiet fishing village. There are two great breakfast spots within walking distance (Cafe Paris and Las Brujitas) as well as a fancier place for dinner which we never got to try (Mollusk). Progresso is a 15 minute drive away and has a boardwalk, beachfront restaurants and shops. Merida is an easy 45 minute drive for dinner, shopping and culture. I will 100% stay here again!

The place is just like the photos and the description, very nice both inside and out, having the sea at the foot of the pool is undoubtedly a plus, you have very good restaurants too close as well as tourist attractions. The only thing I think it requires is some maintenance, the lights are burnt out, a toilet bowl that didn't work well, the chain to pull... however, it is understandable since they don't live there, I think that having a similar property are quite acceptable things and that they don't really affect the stay. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back!!!!!!

Very nice and quiet, very clean stay as in the photos, and as other guests mention, you can see a variety of birds from the pool, as well as the landscapes are incredible

The stay was excellent. I think it's one of the best AIRBNB properties in Yucatan and the ones I've stayed in Mexico. Both the facilities and the service were as promised, in addition to receiving attention by message throughout my stay. I highly recommend it for families and people with dogs. The proximity to the beach and the privacy give it a touch of exclusivity. I'll definitely be back.
